Like a lot of peeps, I got sick of watching Jodi and shut her off. I went to page 345 where Kristinella posted his memorial video, thank you Kristinella. I bookmarked that page so when I hear Jodi's lies, I can go back and see the 'real' Travis. He had so many people who loved him, his relationship with Chris Hughes is so real in these pictures. Jodi may have taken his life, but his spirit lives on. I hope and pray this jury gets it right.

What about the part where she said something like her and Travis love for each other was destined for the afterlife? She forgot to say that she decided all on her own to send Travis Alexander on ahead. She didn't only invade Travis Alexander's life here on earth, she has plans for eternity. It is malicious and shameful for Mr. Nurmi to be eliciting these kinds of responses from his client. Totally unnecessary to her defense. Finally, I wonder, from which life experiences could he be drawing any knowledge of sexual intimacy? The image is more than the mind can bear.

am i correct in assuming that jm's cross is over and nurmi is eliciting the exact same testimony he did in his direct and that this will go on for another 9 days?

Just a point on Jodi's hand supposedly being hurt at work. When I was in High School I worked at a local fast food restaurant and I cut my finger pretty bad while opening a sealed container with a serrated knife. They had to document it, take me to the ER, and I had to sign all these forms.

I looked it up and all businesses that have even one employee in CA are required to have some type of worker's comp type coverage. I can guarantee you that if she hurt herself like that at work it would be documented in case there was a claim. I'm sure she would claim that she just didn't want to be a bother or something like that and didn't say anything, but we all know what a drama queen she is and how she would have milked it if she had truly hurt herself at work.
