The District Attorney doesn't want to give her any reason to have her case overturned. Although, if she's found guilty...in a death penalty case, an appeal is automatically filed. They must give her a vigorous defense, otherwise, they can use an ineffective assistance of counsel claim to appeal and overturn any conviction. Nobody wants that. This trial is about getting justice for Travis and the horrible things SHE did to him, it's become the Jodi show and I hope most people are as over it as I am. I understand that she has the right to a defense, but it's just become such a sideshow. Sorry Jodi but I don't think you're winning jurors over with any of this.
