"Well, it's YOUR fog..." - J. Martinez
I watched the testimony, later in the day. Listening to JM have Jodi go over (and over and over) her version of the events of the killing, what little she seems to remember through her fog, these three things stood out: That closet looks just a tiny bit too tidy to coincide with Jodi's version. Jodi had veeeeeeery long arms, to reach that gun (not longer than her nose, though.) If Travis was diving toward her, like a linebacker as her fully extended arms held the gun.....that would have put him very close to the gun when it went off. The ME testified that there was no stippling, no gunpowder. And 4th (okay, I lied)....an awful lot of shit occurred between the last live photo of Travis and the one of his dead body. And the amount and patterns of the blood in those last two photos appeared to be coming from the neck wound, not the gunshot wound that Jodi claims happened first. Today, of all days, it was SO evident that this girl is guilty as hell. May she rot in jail for the rest of her miserable life.

Good Evening everyone! I am a newbie here but have been watching the trial since day 1. I'm so into it and can't wait to see her face when she's convicted. Today was an AWESOME trial day. JM kicked Ass. I actually think he could have been even harder on her. I'm tired of her fake crying attempts. I personally do NOT think that she shows any remorse for her actions but more for the fact that she's been caught in her pathetic lies. So what's on Monday's agenda? Is JM done?
So, I settle in with my coffee and headphones after the lunch break and I'm watching the trial on the computer. I hear a rustle from the kitchen and ignore it. I keep hearing it, so I growl and get up to check it out. My 4 cats have managed to tear into a 40 pound bag of cat litter in my kitchen and now my kitchen looks like a beach. One of my cats has both his feet in the hole in the bag pulling the litter out, another is rolling in it and 2 more are digging around like this is way better than a little litter box. I missed a lot of the trial this afternoon. The cat litter was sitting in the kitchen because I have a torn rotator cuff and couldn't carry it into the house, so one of the kids brought it in and left it in the corner. So I ended up moving 40 pounds of cat litter by sweeping up 40 dustpans full. I warned them I might go Jodi on em.

Thank you for the Friendly Hello and Welcomes :) So since JM is now done what is next? This is honestly the first Trial I have been this into, lol. It's a learning experiance to say the least.
Slightly off topic but thread related... i'd love to know how many newbies we have since the trial started? It's hectic at times but love the varying theories and personalities that have joined us.
