I actually want the death penalty for the fact that she has even less privileges, no contact visits, two books only, two phone call etc etc. Whatever takes the small things that bring us comfort such as simply interacting in the rec room, cafeteria, the yard whatever the heck they do should be taken from her. No prison girlfriend, bf, hugs from friends nothing. I do not hate Jodi, I consider it a waste, she does seem to have had some potential to have done something with herself. There are many lonely men that would have been more than happy to have had her as their wives and given her the lifestyle she desperately seemed to have wanted, she did seem to have some talent, she is well spoken and obviously intelligent. She threw everything away and destroyed a family and what seems to have been a man who was greatly admired and loved. Yes he was far from perfect but imo, a great deal of that seems to have been sexually immature. He was acting in the way that a teenage boy does when he gets laid in the beginning, say anything, do anything to get what he wants again. He made mistakes but he did not deserve to die in the horrific manner he did, it sickens me to think of how terrifying and painful his last moments on earth were.

I am really am not a big advocate for the DP. But, Jodi (IMO) is a textbook case of a sociopath. Everyone has seen the photos of what she did. To butcher another human the way she did, drag the body to the shower, rinse it off, then leave and move on the next hook-up like nothing ever happened. There is nothing remotely human in her to spare. Seriously think about yourself committing the same crime and being in the same situation, even if you were insanely angry, could you stab someone 27 or 28 times, shoot them, slit their throat, anyone with half a conscience would stop after the 1st stab and say "oh my God what have I done!"

Totally! I say an eye for an eye. What a shame there isn't an option to the DP. Lethal injection or death by similar circumstance.

And, I agree, she didn't have a migraine. They're just playing the migraine card. I've had a couple and they're killers. Can barely talk, barely walk, eyes just shut and any little noise is painful. She probably had a headache but as we know Jodi must have the ultimate, thus she had a migraine. Hardly.

As long as she is convicted of 1st degree, I'm good. In my opinion, DP is too good for her so I do prefer LWOP.
