Hell yeah bermstalker! Its like she's the square peg that constantly tries to make herself "fit" into whatever circle that she thinks will make her happy n it never works! She keeps ending up as "the friend nobody likes"!

It's not her looks- but it is. She's cold. It almost feels like she has a ton of rage in her.

I feel like I am watching somebody that adapts well to her surroundings, but never quite fits in. It's almost like she hates everybody and everything. I'm not sure she ever experiences real emotions. I think most people would be slumped in their chair listening to their sex life play out- but I really don't think it bothers her.

Something is very off with that girl. Just my 2 cents

I agree she is extremely cold. Maybe it's because she's too controlled. It's unnatural. There have been a few teary episodes, but even those have been quickly controlled. She's robotic and it's a little unsettling. I really hate the way she's trying to control every question by posing it in her own words. Freak!

I'm amazed as well that the defense did not seem to prepare her for sitting on that stand. She's not throwing out any references to self-defense when she's had the chance and she's coming off very manipulative -- exactly the opposite of what she's trying to portray. I don't get it.

    Profile of the Sociopath

This website summarizes some of the common features of descriptions of the behavior of sociopaths.

    Glibness and Superficial Charm

    Manipulative and Conning
They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

    Grandiose Sense of Self
Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."

    Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

    Shallow Emotions
When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

    Incapacity for Love

    Need for Stimulation
Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

    Callousness/Lack of Empathy
Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

    Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

    Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

    Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

    Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

    Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.
Perfect! Thank you for posting this.

Has anyone given thought to that maybe there wasn't a huge fight before she stabbed him. Maybe she dropped the camera and he was simply bitching about it, steps out of the shower saying something along the lines of "you ruin everything you touch". He angrily grabs a towel, puts it to his face to dry off and she stabs him when he isn't looking at her. He stumbles to the sink, spits blood and she starts stabbing him repeatedly in the back. He turns around with his hands up, getting the defensive wounds. Starts down the hallway to get away, eventually getting weaker and weaker, then crawling to get away. She stabs him about the head and more stabs to the back. At the end of the hall she actually fears he will make it to the stairs, so she cuts the throat. She drags him back to the bathroom. The picture of her foot and back of his head is when she is rolling him into the shower and she bumps the camera with her foot.

Ron, the element of surprise and attack when he isn't expecting it makes it easy to kill someone without a struggle. Dragging someone down a hall is pretty easy actually, especially if a sheet is involved. I don't think she had to lift his upper body to cut his neck. His ankle wounds were from her dragging him by his feet. She didn't drag him all over the house, it wasn't far at all.

I feel like she is sooo fake and sooo "dead" inside! She's that person that sees a "happy couple" n instead of saying "wow I want SOMETHING like that" n FINDING HER OWN man n creating her own "happy life", she decides "I want THAT one! I'm gonna make THIS MY LIFE"! N then she turns herself into whatever she needs to to attempt to emerse into that world! N idnt think she gets the fact that "posing" as something u clearly are not is only gonna work for so long bfor people catch on to ur BS!

Anyone else thing her smug, sanctimonious demeanor was suggested by the DT today? It seems JA is trying to do alot of minimizing and steering into 'her' version of watered-down but beneficial take on certain facts. It's Jodi's world on the stand. It's a mad, mad, mad, mad, mad, mad mad WOOOOORLD.....

I mean anything with her. Not mental stuff (but that probably would have been more believable that self defense)
I mean just attorneys saying "Hey Jodi, I'm going to pretend I am JM and ask you some questions" Anything. I know they coached her on what they were going to ask.

"Fatal Attraction, (1987) with Kirk Douglas and Glenn Close" is a rip-off of Clint Eastwood's 1971 much better movie, "Play Misty for Me," (with Jessica Walters and Clint Eastwood in the lead roles.) Eastwood was too much of a gentleman to point that up publicly but I have heard him mention it. You wanna see scary, get a copy and watch it.

She has been in the courtroom the WHOLE time and saw what he did to Leslie Udi (sp.), his own witness. Nevermind, the throwing down the autopsy photo on Lisa Diadone (sp). Did she think he was going to be sweetness and light with her after listening to her for 9 days spewing all sorts of bullshit making everyone wear waders to court everyday?
