I don't think so. this is Arizona.. most of the population owns guns.. even walks around with a gun strapped to their side. It's legal here. If Travis owned his own gun he wouldn't be borrowing one from his friends to go target shooting. People in Arizona also know that just because he shot a semi-auto doesn't mean he would own a measly .25. Especially since they found no bullets or gun case in his house. Travis was meticulous about things.. you can tell from his closet alone. He liked things to be a certain way. It seems to me he wouldn't have had a gun just sitting on a shelf with one little bullet in it. He appeared in that video to be a man's man. If he had one for protection or to go target shooting with, he would have had ammo to go with it and it wouldn't have been a pea shooter.
Most men here have 9mm's.

Obviously it was a simple mistake and is easily correctable. Nurmi is probably asking for another mistrial because of it though.

I thought Juan was brilliant when he said she stopped her suicide attempt because of the pain, imagine what Travis felt when you were stabbing him in the heart. I was stunned when he said that. I hope that is what repeats itself over and over in the minds of the jurors. If he attacked her the way she claims, it would have left some marks other than a cut and a broken finger. There would be bumps and bruises, yet no one saw a thing. She has a problem with telling the truth.

I'm appalled she sent flowers to Travis' grandmother. She murdered her grandson, then she has the gall to contact his family. I hate what she's doing to save her own ass.

I don't think he would do that unless it really meant saving his ass. He is obviously still under Jodi's venom spell. Okay, Here's what I think happened this morning w/ the video (I was multi-tasking...)

-Nurmi wants the Dave Hall video of Travis shooting entered into evidence
-Juan says he wants to use Dave as a rebuttal witness
-Nurmi starts opining about the fact that Dave has been following the trial and giving interviews
-Judge asks if Dave was on anyone's witness list (so he would have known not to follow trial)
-Nurmi says 'no'
-Judge asks Dave to leave and not follow trial going forward...

Nurmi tried to give Dave the Sky Hughes treatment, LOL...
