Jodi Ann Arias shot and stabbed her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander to death

I can't see Travis buying a black market gun.
I can't see it not being released already if Travis bought one from a friend.

I take it he has never bought one legal either, or there would be records.

He would not buy a .25 ACP -- they're very small guns which makes them difficult to shoot for a guy with bigger hands.

I took that to mean---hey Nurmi, if you play the shooting video, I'm going to call Dave to explain it. State and Def doesn't usually specifically say they are calling such and such. (at least with most cases I've watched. They usually say-may, or maybe.

HLN is the worst, most of the attorney's that argue about the case only have the most basic information about it and it's so blatantly obvious to people who actually follow the trial. Most of them make me want to throw stuff at my TV. I remember seeing a defense attorney on there saying "How was Jodi supposed to know that stabbing Travis in the heart would kill him? She's not a doctor!" Seriously, where do they find the people?

I don't understand why Jodi has not been properly coached to keep throwing in the self-defense angle. I mean, seriously, that's why were here...she's pleading self-defense, but admits to "killing him" over and over this morning. She's not interjecting, "I had to kill him, I had no choice" or "He made me kill him", or I didn't want to, he forced me to defend myself", or "I was so scared, my mind went blank" or "I was still so angry that he put me in that situation" etc.

JM has his work cut out for him that's for sure...

Not because she is brilliant, but because she is SO deceptive that she is even lying to herself about her own words at this point. His is asking every minute question because he needs to prove she is a liar... about everything... therefore how can anyone possibly believe her about the bigger shit, too. It's not that bad... He is testifying that Travis didn't have weapons, abd would borrow his when they all went shooting. If you own guns, you take at least some of them when you go. If you own ONE, you would take that ONE. Instead he would borrow friends... I actually wonder if somewhere on that video it shows Travis saying he doesn't have any... now THAT would be great.

He showed the video on HLN to show that Travis was gun-knowledgeable and also discussed how he was with Travis a week before he was killed. He said that if Travis had purchased a handgun, he would have told Dave about it. His point also was that Travis would not have owned that caliber of gun either.

I'm not worried about the video or his testimony at all...
