Welllllllllllllll, we are talking crazy Jodi. I get the feeling she didn't come from a stable family to begin with. The little sister was all screwed up young too. Drugs, pregnant, married for a short stint to some drip. Ever read that one's myspace? Stupid fits her too. Fruit loops is the feeling I get from all of them. Any family that would run to the National Enq tells me enough to know not to expect any amount of decency from them.

Here is their home, makes me wonder who is paying the tab for their stay in the Valley, it is quite expensive this time of year.

No, I don't know whether he was dead but that was the neck wound bleeding. That photo is taken at the north end of the hallway, where the vast amount of blood was found on the carpet. That would have been the only wound to produce the amount of blood to produce that kind of staining. What other injuries would match that bleeding? He was stabbed in the back of the head, chest and back not on his face/shoulder where it would trickle down like that. Also why would his head be falling off? Maybe I shouldn't have said "it almost severed his head" but it cut down to his spine. His head is not falling off in the shower and it was not falling off in the autopsy pictures, it was just very very deep.

Read the autospy report and look at the photos.
She sliced him below the ear down to the bone on that same side! Gun shot to the head, same side. Another neck cut. Cut on his hairline that could bleed down and back. Back of scalp (which you or anyone else can't say isn't bleeding down into that same area mixing with blood from the other neck wounds or ear cut. He obviousloy was moving around at some points and she was moving him at others ... blood moves too. All I am saying is, no one can say and it can come from any or all of those also. There is no way to know because she slashed him so much including other wounds that could bleed to that area.

None makes much difference except in the end, she left enough to know it was her which pleases me greatly! Yes the palm was ID'd as her's. Speaking of which though, I find it fascinating that in ANY of her tales she absolutely leaves out any part of her slashing, even when it was ninjas. Bundy was like that, he often smirked, even refused to talk about some of the more bloody details, like he didn't want to share the heinous parts of his handy work. Not only to not be seen as the monster he was but more like he wanted to savor them all to himself.

This pisses me off that she conveniently has no memory of stabbing him (yeah right). Her defense team had almost 5 years to "get her to remember." They could have used therapy, hypnosis, anything to prepare her for this...the most important day of *her* life -- ya know, the day she needs to convince 12 jurors that she was beyond terrified and stabbed him over and over again until he stopped moving. This "I don't remember" will bite her in the ass come deliberation, no doubt.

And thinking about him throwing the CD across the room because it was "scratched." If there's a bit a truth in all of her lies, then I can see him throwing it. Not at her, and not because it was scratched, but because HE WAS DONE WITH HER. He may have been trying for hours that day, and she was not taking the hint. Her whipping out a CD of vacation photos of them may have been the last straw for him. Perhaps he did toss the CD and say, "My God are you still here? I don't want to see you anymore. Take your f*in CD with you, it's over!" The theory that when he was in the shower he thought she had already left is beginning to really stick with me. That last headon shot of him in the shower, when he sees her in his face AGAIN, speaks volumes. I don't think he knew he'd be attacked at this point, but he has that look of "oh my God, why won't you leave me alone?" It's like he's resigned and exhausted, furious and sad at the same time. It really looks like he wants to cry in that photo, like a child that doesn't know what to do or what to say to get his point across.

I for sure think his throat is already slit in the drag picture. She slit his throat where the tile met the carpet, and by the time she gets him turned around he is gone, imo. Then she drags his lifeless body back to the shower.

That pic could be her holding his wrists dragging him. If his throat was slit here I would have to say he was for sure incapacitated. I think when she was dragging him back in the bathroom she kicked the camera which was on the floor with her foot and it took the pic.

Cant wait to see what Juan Martinez has in store for her next!! He knows what he is doing no doubt. With one day of testimony so far I think he has covered allot of her inconsistencies. Gonna be a show!!!! I might just have to make a bombshell cocktail when it starts!!! That's a drink I will lie or forget about having.

I think this also... he just looks so SAD. Sometimes I thing that I see fear in his eyes/face when I look at that pic, but the majority of the time he just looks... miserable, tired, and... just defeated in some way =(

But a home does not a person make ya know? We've seen murders in the best, including millionaires mansions. As uncouth as her family may be, they haven't slaughtered anyone. I don't let them take the focus off the fact a man's life was literally cut down.

I've always thought she was wearing the camera on a strap. The camera twisted around during the struggle before finally falling to the floor.

Yes, I know Travis had the strap in his camera bag and it wasn't unrolled yet. I have a great strap. Anytime I get a new camera, I always use my special strap-not the one that comes with the camera. In all the pictures I've seen with Jodi and a camera-she is always wearing a strap.

There is absolutely no benefit to her defense to do any memory work. It's called defense for a reason. Unfortunately many don't go the 'fair' route and just confess and tell all. Abuse and I don't remember was her only option. It's work for many before so we'll see if it does again. It's a flaw in our society from my point of view. We've gone way too far in the DV understanding when it comes to murder. WTF, they still execute or lock up the mentally ill, even retarded, but we somehow excuse women if they don't take responsibilty for how they live. One day maybe we will stop saying if you don't get help for yourself (DV) then it is okay to kill.
