I can't agree she was wearing gloves. She had cuts along her fingers, not her palm and the print showed it was a mixture of Jodi's AND Travis' blood. Why wear gloves when her fingerprints are going to be everywhere anyway? She went there alot. When you're stabbing, shooting and cutting someone's throat all within 3 minutes, you're not going to be touching much else than the body anyway. Her palm print happened either when she was going after him, or dragging him back and she used that wall to support herself. I don't think she left with bloody hands. She washed Travis' body, so she obviously would have washed off her hands in there aswell and not when she was miles out at Costco. There's not bloody finger prints on the cup in the shower is there? Why she even spun that story is beyond me. The bloody print on the washing machine would be because she was handling the bloody camera/clothes.

I'm rewatching him now and loving every minute! I don't worry as much about Juan as I do jurors. his thinking is understandable to ME, easy to connect his dots ... but
World is full of nuts and there is never a guarantee one isn't sitting in a jury seat. I've seen so many idiots come out speaking after their bad verdicts I always get worried. And early on in this case, when some idiot after being TOLD 2-3 times the weapons were not recovered, duh, sends up the question did you find the knife. WTF wake up and pay attention please!! Then we had one that asked if they fingerprint every inch of the entire house floor to ceiling. OMG, do they live in a cave and not even know how dumb that even sounds.

I pasted a description of the jurors a spectator posted on WS on page 1258. It is very interesting. If there is one irrational/senile person on the jury, all Juan's work is for naught. : (

She went there wanting Travis back and if she didn't have him, then she would kill him so noone else could. In the drag picture the blood shown matches the neck wound. That wound almost severed his head from his body. And as for his arm being flexed, to me it looks like it's at the angle where someone would be holding his arm and dragging him backwards (and accidentally setting off a camera with their foot). Maybe she put gloves on afterwards while she was cleaning, but I don't think they were present throughout the murder.

No, I don't know whether he was dead but that was the neck wound bleeding. That photo is taken at the north end of the hallway, where the vast amount of blood was found on the carpet. That would have been the only wound to produce the amount of blood to produce that kind of staining. What other injuries would match that bleeding? He was stabbed in the back of the head, chest and back not on his face/shoulder where it would trickle down like that. Also why would his head be falling off? Maybe I shouldn't have said "it almost severed his head" but it cut down to his spine. His head is not falling off in the shower and it was not falling off in the autopsy pictures, it was just very very deep.

I don't lock myself into that. Maybe, maybe not. No way to know and it is all only trying to fit speculation. All that blood tells me is, he was bleeding when there. I'd expect a lot more there with a neck that was cut to the spine. Jugular and carotid artery spirting and gushing. I've seen a much bigger pool of blood from a headshot death that didn't even have an exit wound and a small entry point and that was only wear they moved the body to after it bleed elsewhere.

None makes much difference except in the end, she left enough to know it was her which pleases me greatly! Yes the palm was ID'd as her's. Speaking of which though, I find it fascinating that in ANY of her tales she absolutely leaves out any part of her slashing, even when it was ninjas. Bundy was like that, he often smirked, even refused to talk about some of the more bloody details, like he didn't want to share the heinous parts of his handy work. Not only to not be seen as the monster he was but more like he wanted to savor them all to himself.

Welllllllllllllll, we are talking crazy Jodi. I get the feeling she didn't come from a stable family to begin with. The little sister was all screwed up young too. Drugs, pregnant, married for a short stint to some drip. Ever read that one's myspace? Stupid fits her too. Fruit loops is the feeling I get from all of them.
