Nice talk to a supposed mormon chick. I know it's just one word, but I've had a feeling this whole time that she was never 'jealous of another woman' specifically. I really do think this was about her trying to raise her own bar, and Travis not wanting to be used. All about money. She was 100%, completely, and totally fake in their relationship, including converting for him. Mormonism meant/means nothing to her.

So I'm guessing Jodi is just going to lie and say that she didn't write in the magazines, that another inmate or guard wrote it and is trying to set her up...everyone is against Jodi.

I'm noticing how Juan brings information out and once he gets to a major point he then just veers off away from it, not requiring her to respond, or better yet, not giving her a chance to respond. A good example is the magazine. He never actually asked her if she wrote the notes in there. He merely got her to talk about how the magazine was given to the other person at jail and many other details, but once he had her read it aloud, he shifted slightly away from that. Same thing when he got her to admit she doesn't ski, but wrote skiing in her journal.

I think he is creating all these vignettes and forcing her to answer about every detail, knowing she will try to shape-shift her way through the answers, but on the big points, he doesn't ask for any input from her. He lets all the small details speak for themselves.

This is really smart because there is no way to get her to openly admit to anything wrong she has actually done.

Yeah, that's why I wanted Imbatman to weigh in with his opinion how histrionic personality might be prevalent. I have seen her sociopathic interactions like a chameleon blending in however works for her, the psychopathic behavior where she is completely divorced from reality, but the histrionic is where she has to be in the center of everyone, playing men in triangles, always keeping one guy on the hook while getting another ready and playing all ends against the middle where she puts herself. I wouldn't call her narcissistic though.

I am tending to lean towards the side that she isn't a psychopath. However she is very maladjusted when it comes to knowing how to act in social situations. I think she has a moral compass. She cares deeply about her family I think, although she has been known to say things about them. I think she has a compulsive lying issue and likes to be agreeable with these men so they will trust her and she can gain access to leech on.

I really think the birth of her sister sparked something. Maybe no longer being "Daddy's little girl" and possibly the hit of puberty and she became a bit out of control. He put his focus on the younger daughter, which deeply hurt her. She began to latch upon men that could treat her like a father, take care of her. Hence Darryl and Travis.

Kudos again to Kirk Nurmi for the outstanding job he’s done over the past 2 weeks… and for all the probing questions he asked. I doubt there’ll be many questions Martinez raises that Kirk hasn’t previously asked. What Jodi did… why she did it… how she did it… when she did it… why the stories changed — and everything in-between. Those questions have already been answered.

Armed with very little aside assumption, speculation, hearsay, hot air, a gas can (and a few photographs), it’s ultimately gonna come down to Jodi’s word against Martinez’. And despite the valiant efforts of the little guy to turn this into a pissing match — there’s just no way all 12 jurors are gonna be convinced beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt. He knows that already. He’s known it for a long while. So has everyone else.

So let’s not stress too much over the verdict. Why? Because it’s already been decided. It’s just gonna be several more weeks before it’s “officially” announced.
