The "stunt" he's referring to is JM lowering his voice so quietly in order to "spark" Jodi's memory, since loud voices cause her memory loss. JM is funny. Me likey.

I don't think that's accurate at all - if you read this thread back to 2008 there are plenty of us who have disagreed strongly with Travis's actions and how he treated Jodi. I think they were both responsible for the toxicity of dysfunction of their relationship.

I think your last post touched a nerve because you're going after the victim's family - pretty harsh. Even if they disagreed with some of the stuff Travis did, of course they are going to roll their eyes at all the lies Jodi is telling. I can't imagine having as much self control as they've shown during this trial. And I have some strong feelings about some of Jodi's family members but I haven't voiced them here - I realize that I dislike them because they're Jodi's family, not necessarily a rational dislike because I haven't ever even heard them speak.

I'm sure she has some mental problems. But, there is a big difference between not knowing right from wrong -- like brutally murdering a person -- and not caring that you did it or thinking the person you murdered had it coming. It's not that Jodi didn't understand that killing Travis was wrong, it's that she thinks it's not her fault, he "made" her do it.

I don't see anyone canonizing Travis, but he is not on trial here. Jodi is the killer. Regardless of what anyone thinks of him, Travis was the victim here, not Jodi. Travis didn't deserve to be murdered.

And I can't really see you as seeing both sides. You are constantly deriding Travis as if he was some kind of outrageously horrible person. If every guy that used a woman for sex deserved to be murdered, we'd lose about half the male population of this country alone.

Travis wanted anal sex and oral sex. But Travis didn't MAKE Jodi do it. Jodi chose to do it. Jodi had absolutely NO problem moving on from one man to the next. If she didn't enjoy what she was doing with Travis, she could have moved on to the next guy.

Jodi is not the victim.

I think for some people all men become the enemy. They can do no right and deserve to be demonized in these peoples' minds. (Other people see women the same way, but that's another topic for another thread.)

JM has been handed the strongest case I've ever seen. This is a prosecuter's dream. There is so much evidence, a confession, phones, texts, he has EVERY tool to send her to death and he is blowing it with this sideshow.

His arguments are proving nothing right now.

1. Failing to note something in your journal doesn't mean it never happened.
2. You can visit someone's house without calling them first.
3. We all have memory gaps and focus on different details of life.
4. Exact times and dates related to this stuff are not going to prove 1st degree murder.
