If she was in a hurry and retrieved the gun from the closet while being chased, how is it that the closet was still in perfect shape? I don't know about you but I would of probably of torn the crap out of that closet to get to what I needed. I hope cross examination addresses this, I'd really like to hear how she just neatly got the gun down. I can't wait to see her get her ass handed tomorrow by the prosecution!

I am not sure this has been addressed yet but she testified today that she tried to tell Detective Flores information that would "match up to what forensic evidence would show" How would she know what that would be since according to her, she does not remember the majority of the murder?
He might have been aware that she was taking the pictures, but I seriously doubt he was okay with it. Not to be crude, but someone as (supposedly) vain as Travis was, there's no way he would want her to take a picture of his flaccid wacker next to a bottle of KY. His good friend, the NRA instructor who took Travis out to the shooting range regularly, states emphatically that Travis did not own a gun, and as you say, if he did, it would most certainly not be a 25. He was Travis' houseguest a week before the murder. Had Travis finally decided to buy a gun he would have told him, the friend said. Plus, no ammunition was found at the house. Who purchases a gun but no ammo, aside from the (convenient) single bullet already loaded in the gun. Jodie also told Flores in her interview that Travis did not own a gun.

Nurmi has worked on a DP case before:
INMATE 045659 - HARDY, RODNEY E.
Rodney Hardy was sentenced to death for the 2005 murder of Tiffany Lien and Don Stanciel. Hardy and Lien lived together for more than 2 years during their relationship. Rodney was the owner of a limousine service and a regular at the strip club where Lien worked. According to police records, Hardy physically abused Lien on August 26, 2005. Lien decided to leave and party with a stripper girlfriend and Stanciel. Hardy called Lien several times asking her to come back home, and on one of those calls Stanciel took the phone from Lien and told Hardy she was with him now. In the early hours of August 28, Hardy drove to the apartment complex where Lien's friend lived and when the friend came out to buy something at the vending machine, Hardy grabbed her and forced her to take him to her apartment. Hardy kicked in the bedroom door and found Lien and Stanciel sleeping and shot them both to death. Two days later, Hardy turned himself in to Tempe Police.

Wendi Andriano's husband became seriously ill and had to cease working. Allegedly resentful of her responsibilities, Wendi Andriano began frequenting bars and engaging in extramarital affairs. As her discontent increased, she hatched a scheme to kill her husband and profit from his death. She asked her friends if they would pose as her husband so that she could obtain a life insurance policy. She researched the effects of various poisons and how to obtain them discreetly. Andriano ordered poison and had it sent to a separate business.
Although Andriano claimed that she was physically and psychologically abused by her husband, none of her friends ever observed any signs of abuse.
Andriano began slipping sodium azide capsules to her husband. In the early morning hours of October 8, 2000, Andriano called 911 to report that her husband was having a heart attack, but when paramedics arrived, she turned them away. Several hours later, she again called 911 to report that she had stabbed and beaten him in self-defense. When paramedics arrived, they found Joe Andriano dead from repeated beatings and a stab wound to the neck. Weak from the poisoning and chemotherapy, he was unable to defend himself against Andriano, who struck him at least 20 times with a barstool before stabbing him in the neck.

So the juries here in Arizona didn't seem to have a problem convicting and sentencing a woman to death. This man was already sick and dying and she couldn't wait for him to die naturally. She beat him and stabbed him.
Hopefully Jodi's jury will be like the jury in this case and not have any problems finding her guilty and sentencing her to death.

Yes, I believe it's also the picture they used on his memorial pamphlet. I am not using it because she took it, but because to me his eyes are so full of life. I dunno.. I just really liked it. I didn't realize she took it.

Don't you find that a bit strange? Like how she was asking Flores to see the autopsy pictures of Travis too. Who does that? She even admitted she was trying to make what she was saying match up with what the police knew. If you killed someone in self defense why would you need your facts to match up with what the police have? Is that like how when you tell the truth you don't need to have a good memory? The story doesn't change when you tell the truth. She was trying to tailor what the police knew to the story she was going to tell so she could save her own ass.
I hope that Martinez brings up the fact that JODI is the one who liked to take pictures of her men while they were in the shower. I think that all of the picture taking, sex talk, tying up, anal and oral sex were all Jodi's idea's that Travis was more than willing to try since I also believe she was his first. Yeah, no one is going to have a gun and not have ammo for it. Just like he didn't have any porn on his computer. This guy was not this sexual deviant, perverted pedo that she is trying to make him out to be or they would have found all of this in his house and on his computer. She is the sexual freak and she thought by giving him the smorgasbord of sex she could reel him in and make him love her more. She thought she could win him via sex. When that didn't work, she killed him.

I still think she thought a lot about killing him. She hated him. I think she was hacking into his accounts and was reading stuff he said about her to other people they knew. Jodi cares a lot about how other people see her.
Maybe, but where's the registered papers of gun ownership? Or the friend of Travis' saying he gave Travis the gun or sold him a gun? I can't see Travis buying a black market handgun.
Jodi sounds like she is pretty popular in jail. It's probably very easy for her if that's the case.

I couldn't bring myself to watch them before just because of knowing what she had done to him but what a charismatic funny guy he was. If PPL hadn't have worked out for him he could easily have been a stand up comic.

Oh I hope JM does use those videos to show that. I don't buy the pedo story and if he was ragey, I for one couldn't blame him, she seems to have tried every trick in the book to keep him and draw him back to her and I do believe he cared enough about her not to walk away entirely.

Does anyone know who the “mystery man” was, the guy sitting with his back to the wall next to mitigation woman and Wilmutt? He didn't appear to be from Sheriff Dept, but he was pretty focused on Jodi and her testimony. I do not recall seeing him before yesterday. Very curious to know who is this man and if he plays into a theory my husband and I have re him and defense upcoming tactics.

I don't buy the pedo thing one bit... specially not when it is including the pigtails, schoolgirl outfit, and the shaved vajayjay liking (cuz lot of my exes would be pretty unhappy to find out they might be carrying some pedo-tendencies, lol). There isn't really a SINGLE shred of evidence pointing to the little boy pics or really ANY of her allegations against him other than her word... which is basically worthless at this point!
I sincerely DO hope they get to show some kind of videos of what he was REALLY like, not her warped version... that way the jury will have that side of him in their minds. I would like Travis to get a chance to show how he really was, in HIS words, in his videos. AND, on top of that, I would like the portions of the texts that they conveniently danced around to be read in their entirety. Show what a manipulative person she really was/IS!
