oh and btw, Arias watched enough TV to talk about the Sopranos, just more of her BS on the stand.

Jean K just made a great point, she said if Jodi killed Travis in self defense, why did she say she "confessed". She said that was a horrible way to end and keep that in the minds of the jury and I agree.

Tonight is the start of Jodi's sleepless nights, tomorrow JM will hopefully start putting the trash we have heard over the last few weeks out of the jurors minds and the truth will out![]()
Hopefully she has enough money left in her account to buy something to help her sleep tonight :)
Out of all the testimony I missed the few words i wanted to hear...NO FURTHER QUESTIONS!
So, ImBatman...is she a borderline, histrionic, narcisist or psychopath or all of the above?
Can't wait til she starts going off on one of her rambling detailed stories, and Martinez shuts her down.
The jury will be so grateful to him!
Wait a minute, I didn't lose the stream, least I don't think I did. When did Nurmi say he was done, how do y'all know there's a closed hearing?
Yes, Nurmi said he had no further questions. The jury was dismissed, and the judge announced they were holding private court hearings and everyone was dismissed til tomorrow.
Nurmi is done questioning. Immediately after his announcement, the judge dismissed the jury and then told the audience that there would be a closed court proceeding for the rest of the day. She said court will return tomorrow at 1030, and told the council to meet in her chambers. Then they cut to the seal.
as soon as nurmi rested - the judge said she was holding a closed door hearing and asked all spectators to leave and court wold not start untill tomorrow
this is who jodi should have been watching on tv instead of herself - but she is prolly going away too

I don't think we'll get to Juan tomorrow because it's Thursday. I'm sure they'll come up with some reason not to have court or to divert the attention for a while so that it gets stretched out over the weekend.
whether or not she could remember every detail isn't really relevant at this point, they are just trying to prove that it wasn't premeditated and now it's more of a case of acting in the moment rather than even self defence. After hearing the whole story, I don't think it was premeditated. Has anyone elses opinions changed or do you still think she planned the trip to kill him in the first place?
