Actually glad it's over today - this means Juan won't get cut out in 30 minutes. He will have at least a full day of calling out BS lies before the Jury rests on it for the weekend.
I would agree with you except for the fact that he has brought up things that were denied in pre-trial hearings. Trying to bring in forged pedo letters, talking about spiderman underwear, things that cannot be proven. How is that even ethical? And YES he is boring as shit. I don't think he is evil for WHAT he does. He is a disgusting person, IMO, because of HOW he does it.
I am guessing it is just some motions and evidence that are sitting out in court minutes that she never ruled on yet.

nurmi did ask to be excused before, but the previous lawyer specifically stated that her request does not extend to nurmi because he is no longer affiliated with the firm.
Juan went to speak privately to the family of Travis at the last break, so probably telling them what the hearing is about or when he is doing the cross. Wonder if he was saying "don't worry, we won't be doing a deal with this bitch!" ?
At least we don't have to watch the Nurmi-shuffle anymore.
