At some point Travis went to the sink and coughed blood all over it. He didn't relentlessly pursue her trying to choke her to death.
There was a point in this trial that I felt some sympathy for this poor, socially awkward girl, who on her quest to find love, was used by Travis for sex. I sort of felt he swept her off her feet, encouraged her to leave security with old Darryl and then abandoned her emotional needs and used her for sex. I no longer think this was the case. I think the jury hates her by now. She should have done the suicide thing

Why make up the story about a broken glass? She already owned up to killing him with no memory...why not just claim it was injured and she doesn't remember injuring it. That would fit her lame story better

I think the Arizona sheriff dept should offer some professional courtesy to Samantha Alexander and allow her just 5 quick minutes alone with Jodi.
That's because that day Jodi was embarrassed/upset for Jodi. That's all that effects her emotionally as the poster child for sociopathic tendencies. She could give two shits about Travis, his family, her family, etc. Jodi didn't want to be embarrassed for Jodi that day. And I think she was so upset because she only wanted bits and pieces of that call played, but the judge made them play the entire thing, which really shot a hole (shit, bad choice of words) in her "he was the sexual deviant" case. The entire call was HER initiating everything, saying she's "game for anything he comes up with" "I don't wanna lose my freaky side after marriage, I'd feel like a wilting flower" etc etc. Jodi cried that day because Jodi's own words were about to screw her over, and she knew that.
She said that she cut them on a broken glass at Travis' house. She broke a glass in his bathroom the night before the murder, he didn't get mad about it though.
I don't think I would want someone who does not drink making my cocktail.

Jodi is un-remorseful and she's evil. She pre-planned this murder. No doubt in my mind anymore after listening to her words today. She was a stalker-by her own words. She stalked this poor man and he probably didn't even know the full extent of her stalking.
Oh totally, just really interesting to compare her behaviour to that day and today, it's just so freaking obvious to us, not sure if the jury will notice or not.
