I do not know, but Jodi and Travis' relationship sounded more like a consensual master/slave master situation to me. I mean she took pictures she really felt awkward about, she gave up the butt sex when he wanted it on command, along with the other sex, and then she said that he gave her projects to do such as clean his closet and the light fixtures and stuff like that. Did he not have a cleaning lady to do things like that..but I guess, why get a cleaning lady, prostitute, and call the phone sex line when you have Jodi. She is the one fix for it all. Jodi is wearing a blue shirt with her hair in that side ponytail thingy again.
Sidebar right away. JM goes to talk to Travis' family
Jodi is on the stand. Defense is still up.
June 4-late afternoon. Master bedroom. Jodi was going for a certain effect with the pictures. Jodi was taking pictures. She didn't have a gun or a knife in the bathroom. Jodi is taking pictures. They were trying out poses. They were laughing. It was weird. They were checking, then deleting them. He sat down at one point. She was a few feet away so water wouldn't get on the camera. The camera slipped out of her hand-she kind of caught it-then landed on the mat and rolled to the tile. After she dropped the camera-Travis flipped out-stood up-picked Jodi up and screaming at her-body slammed Jodi on the tile. He said a 5 yr old could hold a camera better than she could. Spit was coming out of his mouth. Jodi started running down the hallway. She ran in the closet. (now she's going into another story way back when he body slammed her again)
Oh shit- We went back a year.
Jodi wanted to look for her SS card at his house. She came over. His door was locked. Two people were making out on the couch. She was peeking through the sliding glass door. The girl re-hooked her bra and Travis stood up. Jodi left and called her dad to cry on his shoulder. Jodi went over to Travis' house. Travis was painting the laundry room. Jodi confronted him about the other girl-Travis got mad and went upstairs (remember she's scared of him) Travis is banging his head on the closet. He was a mad-man. He caught Jodi and pulled her back and finally calmed down.
June 4th-

Jodi was freaking out. Travis was chasing her (huh, I thought she went in the closet) Jodi couldn't breathe. Travis was holding on to her neck. She slammed the closet door. She remembered where he kept a gun on the top shelf. SHe grabbed it and pointed it at him so he would stop.
EX 70- closet. She points to the top shelf. EX 69 shows the shelf better. Corner. She knew the gun was there b/c she found it one day when she would clean. (snope)
EX 162- The pant leg picture- What happened? She doesn't know how the picture was taken.
She pointed the gun at Travis. The middle of the bathroom. Travis kept coming. Like a linebacker. Grabbed his waist and it was an accident that it went off. They fell on the tile really hard by the scales. She didn't know he was shot. They were struggling and fighting. He's grabbing at her clothes and yelling. He said "fucking kill you bitch"
He was calling her names-a fucking idiot. She doesn't remember saying anything to him.
She wanted him to stop-he wouldn't. She thought "crap" when the gun went off. (this bitch is fucking crazy) Now she says she doesn't remember. There are a lot of gaps.
Once she broke away from him-she remembers nothing almost for a long time. There are huge gaps. Maybe she blacked out. The clear memory after that point was driving in the dessert. Jodi does not remember stabbing Travis. EX-162 Do you remember dragging him? NO. I just remember trying to get away from him. EX 73- She doesn't remember placing him in the shower. (fake tears)
Her memories-she put the knife in the dishwasher but doesn't remember if it was that day. She assumes she got the knife from upstairs. She dropped the knife in the bathroom and she screamed. She thinks Travis was next to her on the floor, but she doesn't know. What else do you remember? Not much. She only remembers a "feeling" Her feeling was terror. She thought "Shit, I really pissed him off. He is angry and he wasn't going to stop" She thought he was going to kill her. (first objection from the state for leading)
She remembers what was going through her head-she couldn't believe what had happened. She couldn't rewind the clock.
Her next memory- driving. No GPS. In the desert. She had thoughts about what happened. Jodi had the gun and she threw it in the desert. The rope- she took that also. Dumpster. Behind a gas station. She doesn't remember where. (evil bitch) Was there blood on you? YES. She didn't have her shoes either. She got out of her car, really thirsty, and cleaned herself off with water she had in her trunk. She had her business shoes with her for PPL that she put on. She stopped a few places to drop stuff off. Jodi knew what she did was really bad and her life was over. Jodi knew Travis was dead at this point. She hoped he was alive (evil evil bitch) It's a nightmare she wants to wake up from. Jodi still loved him (OMG) She still loves him now but it's a different love (huh)
After the cleanup and disposal of stuff- what's next? She started looking for her cell charger. It was under the seat. She was checking her voicemails. Jodi started to realize (OMFG-this bitch is talking about her other responsiblities she had) On the other side of the Hoover Dam she pulled over and knew she was in deep trouble. She started trying to figure out how to cover her tracks. Why not call the cops? She was scared and the trouble she was in.( boo-hoo-what a crazy, wacky person. This person shouldn't ever be allowed to walk around)
She felt remorse. (uh huh) Jodi was feeling a lot of emotions. She was scared and upset (why upset, Jodi?) and she wanted to die. She wasn't thinking of suicide right at that moment. Jodi decides her life was over, she didn't want people to know she did it, so she started covering it up. She called Travis' phone to leave a voicemail. She told Ryan and Leslie that she got lost. She was crying on the voicemail. She tried a few times but she deleted them b/c they didn't sound right. She heading towards Utah and Ryan. Jodi was trying to act like herself. Jodi just wanted to hang out and have fun with Ryan-and see if there was any spark (that's what I would do after killing somebody) Jodi and Ryan cuddled and kissed. They were watching a movie. Jodi felt safe. Jodi wanted to act normal.
She was pulled over for her licence plate being on up side down. Jodi doesn't know how that happened. It was either that way when she rented it or the skater boys.

Jodi is on the road. What was the plan? Jodi didn't have a plan. She just wanted to go home. (she's trying to cry) She wanted to act normal and die. She was not planning on suicide on her way back home-but she did afterwards.` Did you have injuries? Yes, scraps on her ankles. She cut herself downstairs the day before before they woke up. She dropped his glass and broke it and cut herself. Blood on her hands caused that injury to re-opened. (okay) The week before she cut her hand at work. Jodi made it back in time to go to work after killing Travis. She worked her whole shift.
She didn't tell her family anything. She was living as normal. She was waiting for the clock to tick down to her arrest. She was arrested in July. She thought a lot about suicide but didn't attempt to. She bought a gun. At Don's Sporting Goods. She got rid of the Spidey underwear. She was going to leave the area-maybe to kill herself, but maybe not. (uh oh)
Phone calls with Flores- June 10th. She left a voicemail. Why? Leslie wanted her to call Flores. Dan called Jodi on June 9
