Jodi liked to take photos. I wouldn't describe her as a pro or even particularly talented but she obviously spent some time time with a camera and some of her stuff is half decent. With the knowledge she must have had by then she never would have taken pictures of him in that shower stall in order to show of his body. There is no natural light and she just had the crappy built in flash. I don't believe for a second this was supposed to be some ordinary photo shoot.

When she described how she stood silently and watched Travis when she arrived she said the dog didn't notice her and bark right away. Was the dog deaf? I've known quite a few dogs through my life and they've always known right away when someone enters the house.

But most importantly! Who want's to bet if Nurmi starts the day with his infamous "lets go back a bit..."

I agree......if she was booking senior portrait and wedding photoshoots in her calendar...my guess is she was pretty well-versed with cameras, PERIOD. You don't need to know each and every camera's configuration to find out where the flash and timer settings are...she was making it seem so complicated. Also agree with the shower photoshoot comment. Being this up and coming portrait and wedding photographer, and wanting to also incorporate infant portraits in her portfolio, she would've selected a better location and appropriate clothing choices to REALLY show off Travis's new Cancun physique. He didn't need to be in the shower. If someone really wants to highlight the new muscles they have, they can use a water spritzer to spray the body and show the ripples and highlights in muscles, or baby oil (or KY Jelly - LOL!!) but...the whole thing was a stage for her massacre. I wonder if she had the weapons out and threatening him BEFORE he got into the shower...that first pose, with his fists/fingers clasped tightly, staring straight ahead, looks forced or annoyed to me. Who the hell knows?! Back to your comment about the dog...I'm with you there too. Just about every one of my friends, and my family, ALL have dogs. All you have to do is pull into the driveway and they're barking, or crack a door open, let along walk down a hallway, open a door and stand there!! Dogs sense presence IMMEDIATELY. Do they weigh you when you get your license? People lie about their weight and at some of those PPL functions (compared to some of the other women) Jodie towers over them and looks pretty sturdy to me. Even in pics with Travis she does not seem to be petite at all. 5foot 6 is pretty tall for a girl (over the average anyway) and she was fit and healthy.

Thanks for the clarification re: the flash, and good points all. My biggest problem with the shower pics is his expression. To me, that is not the look of a man enjoying a relaxing a hot shower after hot sex, showing off his newly chiseled, "almost 6 pack" body in a planned photo shoot. He has the look of a man with a gun to his head, literally. And the final shot of him sitting on the floor (total subserviece to his captor), chilling.

I could not agree more... I felt the same way the first time I saw the pics... In almost all of them, he looks like he standing/"posing" against his will and in fear of his life...

Was there any mention yesterday regarding the last access to Travis cell phone and laptop? I believe previous testimony told us that the last email/text Travis sent was around 4:30??? I was hoping we would hear something about that because I still feel JA may have read something that triggered the massacre.

Seems like yesterday afternoons testimony basically skipped from the sex in the den (I doubt it) in the early afternoon to ending her testimony as they went upstairs to take the pics in the shower - at Travis insistence (again I doubt it). What happened between those two events. Wasn't it like a couple hours?

Finally - if I wanted pics to show off my new buff body it sure wouldn't be in the shower. No one believes any of this crap.

I haven't read ahead so maybe someone has already addressed this - but I believe the ME said that what looks like splatter in this photo is actually bubbled/sprayed blood as a result of the gasses that released from his body postmortem.
