I'm not sure, unless he felt betrayed that she had hacked into his accounts. I also wonder who he was referring to when he told Jodi in the email "why don't you go fuck him in the woods". It sounds like maybe she had been trying to make him jealous by talking about another guy. After all Jodi and Travis were the ones who had plans to do it in the woods.

I think she makes a valid point. Jodi did well on the stand today as far as making herself sympathetic. Heck, I even occasionally felt sympathy, but had to step back and think about the evidence to remind myself that she's a big fat fatty liar. I think the evidence is too overwhelming for the jurors to buy her sympathetic act, but... I guess we shall see.

-One thing that really stood out to me today was how many times Jodi said, "I don't remember" or "I don't recall exactly." This is the girl who supposedly remembers EVERY single mundane detail about everything. Here we are on the day of the murder and suddenly her memory isn't working so well. Oh wait, she said she "didn't sleep well last night." Right. That's how memories work.

-Another thing about Jodi today. She said Travis used a baby voice at times to get her to do what he wanted her to do. Of course at other times she said he yelled and cussed at her to accomplish the same thing. But, today it is Jodi who is almost using a "baby voice." Does she think she will appear meek and innocent if her voice sounds like a scared toddler's? Pa-the-tic.

-Jodi said she was broke and that is why she rented a car. People who are "broke" don't take off from work, rent a car, and go on a 3,000 mile road trip.

-On this road trip Jodi visited Matt, Daryl, Travis, and Ryan. That's a lot of boyfriends to visit. Oh wait, it's okay because she says she's monogamous. Notice she does not have any girl friends to visit. It is all about visiting different men. There is nothing "wrong" with that in an of itself, I just find it a bit odd in light of everything else we know about her.

-So "skater" boy vandals messed with her car. This is almost laughable. Almost.

-Anyone else think it was super creepy the way she described coming into Travis' house and watching him in his office with him unaware that she was even there? CREEPY stalker type behavior. I can just see her standing in the office doorway with her head cocked to one side, while she contemplates what may happen. Either Travis would make the "right" decision and take her back, or he would make the "wrong" decision and he would die.

-She said that Travis tied her up and gave her oral sex. The ties were loose enough that she could slip her wrists right out of them. She implies that she in no way wanted this done. She only did it because Travis wanted it. This is what annoys me. Why can't she just say he gave her oral sex and it was great. No, she has to make him out to be a deviant and herself to be a victim.

-Jodi refers to the sex later as "vanilla." That is a term that I heard for the first time during the "50 Shades of Grey" hype. I don't think that it is a regular term to describe sex unless you are the type of person who gets their freak on. (I could be completely wrong here...but I just felt like her saying "vanilla" was a bit of a slip.)

-Jodi keeps taking these dramatic deep breathes. I think it is very forced and frankly, bad acting. I feel she was coached to do this.

-Nurmi asks her if it is "hard for her to talk about this." I promise, right before he asked I knew he was going to ask her that. SO predictable.

-Jodi's response about why it is hard to talk about? She said, "it is hard because of how it ended." "How it ended"...that is a unique way to describe murdering someone. Way to make it sound like it wasn't a big deal, Jodi.

-Travis cut the rope with - dun, dun, duuuun- a knife! Jodi said the rope was so long she stood in the bedroom holding one end while he went down the hall to the bathroom to cut it. Where did the knife end up? You guessed it...she suddenly can't remember exactly. Either in the bathroom or on the nightstand.

-Jodi actually started "fake crying" again when she saw the naked picture of herself laying on the bed with her hair in braids. She put her hair in braids because "Travis thought it was hot." It is really weird the way she stares at the pictures of Travis while he is naked. Very creepy.

-She let Travis take the pictures because he wanted them. She didn't. Right. She said, "he seemed a little bit thrilled." How is a person a "little bit" thrilled. She is not a good liar. This is one of those things that people who are able to dissect lies people tell would pick up in a heartbeat.

-Nurmi asks her if, on June 4th, was it important to her "to make Travis happy." She said, she doesn't know if "happy" is the right word. That may be one of the few truths she told today. She didn't care about making him "happy." She wanted to make herself "happy." Travis' happiness was of NO concern to her.

-Jodi is NOT supposed to say what Travis said. That is considered hearsay. She snuck in a big one today though. Nurmi asked her if she felt used after Travis ejaculated on her back. She said she felt used when he told her to "go clean yourself up." She said it in a very negative way too. I can't stand this woman and her lies. I don't know how Travis' sisters are able to control themselves.

-Again, there are lots of things Jodi is claiming to not remember as we get closer to the killing moments. She doesn't remember what time it was exactly, she doesn't remember what she was wearing, she doesn't remember who stripped the sheets off the bed and started the laundry. I'm beginning to see a pattern her.

Believe it or not, I had tons more notes that I took. Jodi contradicted herself several times. Too many to recount. I am disgusted beyond belief with her. She has no shame. None at all.

Dr. Drew is not buying any of Jodi's testimony. I'm a bit surprised at how firmly he is against her.

Here's betrayal for you....The hughes were people he looked up to and close friends as well as co-workers. Jodi took to calling Skye with her list of complaints about Travis. She pulled the whole Freeman family into her drama. Who knows what kind of personal things she twisted into being more than they really are. I think something she did or said to someone prompted Travis to meet with his Bishop. (I have heard one of his friends saying he was working through things with his bishop on HLN...has anyone heard this?) She was outing every little secret he had. There has been reference to Skye telling Travis that he was abusing Jodi back when they were doing the prosecutorial misconduct and Chris was on the stand. She said something very damaging about Travis on a personal level.

In regards to the rope, I'm no expert on tying people up but that hallway is pretty long right? Why would they need it as long as that? I know she needed to get the knife in the bathroom for her story but to say they stretched it all the way from the bedroom is kinda stupid.

Some of the photos did have flash. You can see the water droplets casting a shadow on his back. IMO flash is often horrible to use for portraits of people. I guess I'm in the minority but I think the shower pics are alright and I like that kind of lighting better than the glare of a flash.

Of course if she were actually plotting the murder at this point the pics would have been just a guise anyway while she waited for the perfect opportunity to start attacking. That's why I think he agreed to the photos. He thinks she's taking his pic out of admiration, while she's really using it as an excuse to stand there while he's defenseless in the shower and at the right opportunity she can pull out the weapon and go to it while he is vulnerable.

Thanks for the clarification re: the flash, and good points all. My biggest problem with the shower pics is his expression. To me, that is not the look of a man enjoying a relaxing a hot shower after hot sex, showing off his newly chiseled, "almost 6 pack" body in a planned photo shoot. He has the look of a man with a gun to his head, literally. And the final shot of him sitting on the floor (total subserviece to his captor), chilling.

She says they exchanged passwords, but then says he 'hacked' her gmail account. She's all over the place, from big lies to teeny ones. Also, regarding the 'fuck him in the woods' comment, that was covered today. She was talking to a guy on some Mormon link dating site, and 'accidentally' sent Travis a text meant for a new guy she was talking to from that site. Travis replied with she should go fuck him in the woods, then (or whatever the quote is)... I took it as, if you are moving on, then quite fucking around with me... all the shit she wanted to do with Travis, he saw no point in doing if she was talking to other guys.

I also found this part of the story unbelievable. Like the gas cans - and how she explained that she borrowed them to buy gas in Nevada/Utah because gas in California was so expensive - then she filled them in California.

that's another thing I was thinking about earlier last week. everything she is doing somes down to her painting TA in whatever will work for her. But at the end of the day, it comes down to 2 simple words. INVITED BEHAVIOR. And it's a 2 way street. You can't tell me TA didn't have a grand sense of entitlement.

She wanted it as much as he did. Here is something that I thought about and haven't seen mentioned yet. He never went past kissing with his other girlfriends as far as we know, they were virgins. Here is this chick who has been around the block (A LOT) and was willing to have sex and fulfill fantasies because SHE LIKED IT. She wasn't a virgin to anal, oral, or anything else for that matter.
