Order in the court!

Ron, Art, Morbid: What IF she shot him in the head first? That would certainly give her the advantage. I have no doubt she committed the murder alone, and planned on using both weapons from the get go; she didn't just want to kill, she wanted him to suffer. She planned to slit his throat, she did, and she relished it. I have a hard time believing she could get in a debilitating stab without him grabbing her arm and taking her down. Not saying impossible, but hard to fathom.
Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords is a perfect example of someone shot in the head that survives, proving he could have still staggered and fought for his life. If shot while sitting, he could have crawled out of the shower and pulled himself up at the counter, and then she stabs his back and chest.
Just as the defense has changed strategies in this case, the prosecution likely has too. Happens all the time. Parties conform to the goal on both sides. We can see it by studying past court hearings and minutes, but the jury is not privy to such. Again, it is who has the best smoke, mirrors and performance in the eyes of the jurors - where do they dig these people up that had never heard of the case? some people live under a rock with their head in the sand, so hopefully they have the ability to make intelligent conclusions based on the evidence.
Her first lawyer, Victoria Washington, was able to get dismissed from the case; Nurmi tried but was not so lucky. No one like Jose Baez was clammering to represent her. We know a very high profile criminal defense lawyer and i asked him about it, he said he wouldn't take her case, he thinks she is guilty as charged. (well he might have if she could afford him)
Enrique. He had only lived there 2 weeks. He left for work by 6 a.m. and said he returned between 6 and 7 p.m. He had a girlfriend, as did the other roommate Zach. All three were at home when Mimi and two others were at the front door; Zach and gf were 'busy' in his room and did not answer, Enrique was asleep. The locked bedroom door seemed to have contained the odor. They say they had begun to notice something, it was just beginning to permeate. Mimi and crew enter, and the males go in the room and find the body.
If you have not read the police report, that is a must if you are a true follower.
Fixed.
Reread my posts. Please do not lump us together. Ronald is insane. I said she is physiologically capable of everything you folks are saying. However, she didn't do it, though. Capability does a crime make.
She was banging the roommate, too. Roommate got jealous. Jodi took the fall. She may have slept around, but the ugly bitch is straight up altruistic.
Jodi straight up received death penalty even though she is innocent. There will be appeals, though.

It's just a guess from my perspective. What makes you so certain that she did? Was it the murder weapons which were discovered? Her 3rd story? Why do you discredit her 1st and 2nd story, but choose to believe her 3rd story.
Her lover did it. She's covering for his ass.
While I think Jodi's guilty to some degree and can spin lies like mad, how are we even certain that's her leg in the dragging picture? There's no way to say with 100% certainty, "yup, that clothed leg must be hers!"
Has she confirmed it's her?
Her bloody hand print was on the wall, more that enough. I know it's hard for people to comprehend a woman could do something like this. But it did. I can understand her family being in denial.
