I initially thought it might have been a timer thing, but after the testimony about the camera, I'm convinced the camera was upside down and got bumped (maybe by her foot) which caused it to take a picture. It sounded very plausible.

Wasn't the dragging one taken from about waist-height? That's why I was thinking she picked it back up. Then again it's been so long since I've looked at the pictures, I could totally be wrong about that.

IDK and really don't understand, but am thinking Judge SS is allowing everything from the defense to insure there can't be grounds for an appeal/ineffective counsel.

I don't know there was something funky about that who morning. Lawyers coming and going in chambers, now the minutes show the judge order the chambers meeting not even allowed transcribed without an order from the court. She is a faker so hard to know what game she was playing.
