JMHO - I think Martinez needs to be VERY careful how he approaches his cross with Hodi. He can't just jump in and bully her answers out of her. If he's too impatient and tough with her, it might garner more sympathy from the jury. Especially if she pretends to break down and cry...she's been building on this stupid theme of a lifetime of men abusing her. This will just add fuel to that fire. Hopefully he strategically plans his outbursts with her... I can't wait to see!!!!!

I think he's smart enough to know this. The only person he was truly a jerk to was Gus Searcy, and I personally think it was justified. That guy was a jackass and wouldn't answer the questions he was asked.

Oh totally. He's an incredibly brilliant prosecutor with lots of convictions...I just see a LOT of passion in him, but you're completely right. I think at the end of trial yesterday the judge told the jury 11 am today, maybe they aren't present yet. I could be wrong but pretty sure those were her instructions to the jury.

I tried googling the astroglide\ester also. Nothing really makes sense. I was thinking maybe a numbing agent....like anal eaze, but still makes no sense. I think she just through something in there. A word she thought fit, but she has no clue either. Ester c makes sense, but I sure didn't see any astroglide with ester c on the list?

Esters are used in all sorts of thing - most widely known are polyesters, but ester can be used in all sorts of products. Jodi was kinda schooling Travis about the right kind of lube in the phone call and telling him that vaseline isn't good and neither is mineral oil, and he said she introduced him to KY, so I guess she mentioned that astroglide has ester because she thought it was a compound that wasn't as good as whatever KY is.

I'm listening to the sex tape for the first time. There is no doubt in my mind that Jodi is the aggressor in this relationship. I noticed whenever he sounds tired, she starts talking about sex and gets him on the hook again. I could've lived without hearing them sing! I hope the jury hears the same thing I am, because in my opinion, this call is hurting her, not helping at all. No matter how they try to spin the call, Jodi doesn't sound at all like she was afraid of Travis. She's all laughing and he sounds bored. She talked about some chick getting bit by the love bug, I gotta tell you, Travis sounded like he drifted off, I know I did. This tape proves she was the stalker, not him.

What I found interesting was that Travis made a comment about not liking Spiderman, I think a normal person (if the facts were true) it would make you raise a question as to why spiderman underwear was gifted? I certainly would, also she mentioned further on about the time she dressed up in her schoolgirl outfit that she had on the spiderman underwear although she had previously given testified they didn't fit (couldn't get her leg through), or did I miss something?

On the sex tape, she clearly said Abe told her he had helped Travis get his ring, when Travis asked how that came about she gave her longwinded explanation and how Abe had removed her from his friends list because he didn't want to be part of Jodi's drama with Travis, but now Abe said he hopes Travis gets his ring, she clearly lied to Travis but he didn't pick her up on it.

It must be excruciatingly difficult for Travis's family to have to sit and listen to her crap day after day and have to endure the sex tape twice, but they let it be heard because they feel it will help the jurors see Jodi for the person she really is. I don't suppose for one minute she wanted it to be heard in it's full entirety, she was the instigator of the sexual stuff, she kept him on the phone for as long as she possibly could even when there was silence, she didn't want to let him go!

Having heard the sex tape and the recording made by Detective Flores the day after Travis was discovered, her normal voice is nothing like the one she is projecting whilst on the stand, her new role being meek and softly spoken and boy is she could at role playing!

She talks on the stand about herself as being someone who had low self-esteem, people like that would more than likely shun from being in photo's, she was always smiling at the camera when she was with others and didn't look at all uncomfortable, she used to take photo's of herself all the time and even laughs about it in the interview with Detective Flores.

I keep wondering how they can keep bringing things up like the spiderman underwear, t-shirt and the other stuff that the defence try and impress upon, oh and not forgetting the little car, but yet don't present these items in court, being the obsessional ex she was, she would have kept them.

I totally agree with previous comments, Travis wasn't aware of the recording and the sole purpose of it was to use it against him with future girlfriends. I hope all these thoughts go through the minds of the juror's.

When Nurmi started talking about that supposed incident where he kicked Jodi when she was in the bedroom yesterday, her left hand cupped her face and her ring finger was sticking out and then after a while her other hand came up to her face, she really isn't that great an actress.

I really hope that things start to move and the bitch gets her just desserts. I have never been one to agree with taking a life for a life, but I honestly believe this is a case where it is most deserving and she is completely unremorseful.
