Aww ChelseyDawn!! You're a little angel... before my tired eyes closed last night, I said a prayer for you and your family. Good luck if you go to the house...my god that's scary, but I'm glad your hubby has a gun! This is why the 2nd Amendment is so vital, you need to protect yourselves! I'm sending positive thoughts your way. You seem like such an incredible person, and I know you & your hubs will make sure you do everything you can to protect your family... Ahhhh thank you so much!!! You?re a dear!! He agreed to allow my husband to go with him to the house to ?help? him pack things up. So, I am very relieved. But if she does try to pull anything and injures not only my brother by husband too ? she better watch the frick out!!! I think just the extra person being there will be enough to avoid any confrontation and make her behavior ? the one benefit with a Narcissistic person is that they don?t want others to see all their crazy! Hopefully he will stick to his determination to walk away and not get sucked back into the abuse like he has for a decade. And I truly hope she gets help. I still love her and hope someday she will deal with these issues and be able to be a better person and mother.

JMHO - I think Martinez needs to be VERY careful how he approaches his cross with Hodi. He can't just jump in and bully her answers out of her. If he's too impatient and tough with her, it might garner more sympathy from the jury. Especially if she pretends to break down and cry...she's been building on this stupid theme of a lifetime of men abusing her. This will just add fuel to that fire. Hopefully he strategically plans his outbursts with her... I can't wait to see!!!!!

The sex role playing make the most sense to me b/c Jodi has admitted on the stand that's what her and Travis do. They didn't have regular sex...they had to play "roles" to get into sex.

Jodi was even scouting out an area in the woods to be tied up by Travis. She admitted they were playing role sex on the highway-in the car. Travis had a list of the kinky roles he wanted to play. They were doing that. They were playing out the list of sex roles.

The shower death scene, IMO, was a sex role play. I've heard some people say the movie, Psycho.Could be.
Whatever sex game they were playing, I do believe Jodi planned it and added her little surprise in there. She loved Travis, but she freaking hated Travis.

I personally think she was and did access his emails and other accounts from her own house. I think she had been reading conversations Travis was having with other people. She probably read something very bad Travis wrote about her. Whatever...it was something that pissed her off. Her illusions about Travis probably hit her like a ton of bricks when she realized Travis didn't really give a crap about her.

Honestly, if I was on the jury, I'd have drawn the line at the pedophilia. As a juror, knowing nothing about the case, I might be able to buy that he abused her (maybe), but by the time we get to the pedophila charges I'd be like WTF lady are you serious?

Plus, the story is so contrived. She walked in on him while he was masterbating, but kept walking into the room anyway, even though she testified earlier that she'd turned around and walked right out of the house when she merely saw another girl in the house? Travis is on the bed masterbating while surrounded by photographs of little boys in their underwear, one of which conveniently fluttered off the bed and landed at her feet? Yeah, that doesn't sound made up. This is overkill, just like the overkill in the actual murder. She is disgusting and evil.

I tried googling the astroglide\ester also. Nothing really makes sense. I was thinking maybe a numbing agent....like anal eaze, but still makes no sense. I think she just through something in there. I think if anything that phone call from yesterday just further proves premeditation. She knew, during that phone call, that she was going to see him, and if he didn't change his mind about Mexico, she'd kill him. At this point she was set on her story being "I was never there, I didn't see him" so she recorded this phone call as proof of "See, we really liked each other, I would NEVER hurt Travis", just as she was saying in the beginning. When she made this recording she clearly wasn't banking on all the forensic evidence she'd leave in his room.
