I think this just backfired on the defense. Her defense to the crime is that she was battered and controlled and abused by Travis?! Yet, that is the one thing I was listening for.....signs of him being demeaning or signs of her being "abused"......and it was the one thing that is totally MISSING from this tape! She was relaxed, giddy, chit-chatting, loading on the compliments of everything she loves about him. Quite the opposite of the picture her lawyer is trying to paint. Truth is, she HAS no defense.
