If the things my husband and his best friend say to each other were heard and taken out of context.....I don't even know what. They shock & disgust me sometimes. We've been married for 17 yrs!
Some men are just crude & crass, it's always in "fun\humor. Although I'm sure plenty of people would not find it funny and some even offended.

Oh, absolutely. I am a woman on a fire department full of men. They say crap all the time that would/could offend a lot of people. I laugh at most of it. It's like being in a men's locker room. I don't get offended easily, at all, and I join in on some of the banter.

The only reason I question it is because the only comments made toward each other is gay banter. Nothing else. Grown men don't communicate all the time with gay banter.

It doesn't matter if he was gay, bi, straight. Just an observation that doesn't have anything to do with his murder.

I apologize for the earlier post, I hadn't finished reading through the thread and didn't realize that we were DONE. I have sus[ected for a while that wasthinking is Glasshat, we haven't seen Glasshat in a while and wasthinking has a VERY similar posting style. But Glasshat purchased a premie account, so that would be dumb to create a new non-premie account to post with. But that does no mean it is impossible.

childhood friends, and completely possible; I have sons in their early 20s and there is lots of transition with contact info at that time of life, including phone numbers and I know for a fact that they could not have addresses and possibley not phone numbers of some that they would call close friends and childhood friends. And vice versa, i have had son's friend call me for his address for wedding invite.

And they are probably HONEST and say a good childhood friend, not go on Nancyliarbee and pretend they were his "best friend" at age 30.

I think Glass is done-zo with MDS. She posted something on facebook over the weekend saying she didn't like the dynamics and everyone is a clique, etc. etc. One of the mods can do an IP check, but I'm thinking they're just 2 similar people.
