The video I found only had the judge saying the def has place an objection and I listened 2 times on reply, she never said a ruling.
Dork was a bafoon all the way through but, to be fair, he may not have looked at every link out of thousands, Probably did, but ... I'll give him the benefit of doubt because ..
the trickery is up to the def atty, she knew exactly what those links were.
I was glad too that Beth gave the jurors reactions. When killer giggles did that, the first thing I did was check twitter to see if anyone noted how the jury reacted. That's usually a good place for things like that.

The jurors are in two rows of nine. I see two men and two women in the front row take notes periodically. Otherwise, jurors are fixed on Arias. At one point Arias smiled widely when she tripped over her words "entertaining training." From what I could see, no jurors returned the smile

i'm pretty sure i read at this point those peen pics aren't allowed - which i think is one of the reasons jodi took the stand early, to get those pics and the sex tape entered into evidence - plus a talking head said now all the rest of her witnesses and experts can draft their testimony around jodis - though i don't even think nurmi is able to follow her testimony - she has so many discrepancies already from previous witnesses i bet martinez doesn't even know where to start

Agree...Creepy Gus might even have been on her radar. But, she was able to get stuff from him without putting out. That we know of. There is that secret information that could put her away that he hasn't divulged yet. .

i don't think we have near the story about creepy gus - i am sure she was reciprocating him too - and i still don't what was up with the person in the car and why it was a secret and what were they talking about?????

Usually once something is sustained that is the end of it, not allowed any further.

I'd like to assume that but.. would prefer to know for sure about them. There is nothing we can depend on for a ruling at this point though. If they weren't allowed then why was the def given exhibit numbers, why were they allowed to give them back to the witness and why allowed to further question the witness about them? Usually once something is sustained that is the end of it, not allowed any further.

Eta: Creepy said "someone else" knew that Hughes was putting pressure on Creepy Gus to not testify for the defense. This "secret somebody" was in the car when Hughes threatened Creepy. Creepy gave his word that he wouldn't tell his name because big scary Hughes has so much power at legal shield.

Gus left something "sealed" that day according to the court minutes.
Then we saw he got the def to ask the judge if he can testify on the 13th the chickens way, by phone. Judge approved it. What I find note worthy is, even when asked, Gus would not testify Chris threatened him.

The judge said "The court is sustaining the objection to exhibits 393 and 394" at 7:26 Then Palin references the pictures to Dorkin and asks if he pulled them from a mirror image, etc, etc. So...she is referencing them in regards to the mirror image and establishes that it is actually Jodi's hard drive.

I honestly think the peen pictures are a dead issue at this point because Dorkin could not identify whose they were and so Martinez objected based on relevance (or something like that.) They still keep their number. It is very possible and even probable that the defense will bring the pictures out again and ask Jodi whose penis is in the pictures. Another reason she had to take the stand. If this happens, I expect the prosecution to object and then the judge will decide if Jodi is enough of a peen expert to say whose peen is in the pictures. (I kid!) The judge will decide if her identifying the peens as Travis' is allowed or not and if she allows it THEN they will be official evidence that the jury can officially view.

This is all just my opinion. I know very little about actual law, lol! I have watched a lot of Law and Order, so yeah, I'm pretty much an expert, per se. Also, it is very late...hopefully this all makes sense to me in the morning. Gotta go to bed. Night all! Mwah!

Chris Hughes is not even Creepy Gus' boss, nor vise versa...I think they each go up the pyramid, or triangle, or circle, in different ways, separate from each other. Creepy Gus just said that Hughes has a lot of power and influence in Legal Shield. It is all so much bull crap in my opinion. Just Creepy trying to involve himself in the situation. Creepy had the rest of that testimony sealed, so we don't know if he ever produced a name or not. My guess is not...otherwise the prosecution would call mystery person to refute his story.

ETA: Just thought of a possibility. Maybe the judge ordered him to talk with mystery person and try to get permission to give their name? He has until the evidentiary hearing picks up again on Feb. 13 (or whenever it is.) We know he will be testifying on phone on that day, because he just couldn't make it back. I'm guessing the big wigs at Legal Shield told him to stop show boating and stay off the stand if at all possible. So much speculation on my part, I know!
