First, we must all keep in mind that this is Jodi's version. That does not make it FACT. The only two people who can speak as to what happened between them is Jodi and Travis. And Travis is not able to give his side of the story because Jodi murdered him. It is so unfair for her to be able to say all this about him. We have to just, what? Accept it as fact? No thank you.

Jodi has proven to be a liar many times over. Are we supposed to believe suddenly now she is committed to the truth? That seems very unlikely.

So let's look at what we know. Jodi has had MANY sexual relationships prior to Travis. We know that for a fact. Daryl admits they had anal sex on more than one occasion. Travis had girlfriends before Jodi, but no one has said they had sex with him. If the defense could produce someone who had sex with Travis before he and Jodi had sex, they would surely subpoena them. Instead they have a girl who said Travis liked to touch her butt and kiss.

But, still....all we know for a FACT is that Jodi and Travis had a sexual relationship. That Jodi wants us to believe that Travis was the pursuer while she was chaste is just too much to ask. The MOST I can accept is that they were mutually active and pursuant of sexual acts with each other.

In short....Jodi's testimony is making me hate her even more.
