I was taking notes so I could write her dear diary entry....here is what I got in just an hour of her being on the stand.
(These are really rough, not a good rundown like bermstalker's!!! I have not edited it or even re-read it before posting. Jodi is REALLY hard to keep up with, even when I was trying!)

Daryl interviewed and hired her.
Oct 20th, Matt's bday. Is when she interviewed.
Considered getting trailer to live in at campgrounds...got a tent?
Matt heard about this and also applied at ventanna.
Matt was shamed by his mother for his relationship issues.
He was going to live in tent with Jodi
Blurred boundaries=buttsecks.
She was a server...not equal to Denny's...4 star resort.
Better paying, better tips, but she had to share it, but still more than Applebee's

Became a couple after he was no longer a supervisor, he did not want to get married. It didn't bother her. She eventually fell in love with him.
Flaws she had to overlook: he was a smoker, she had no idea about this. She was only worried about his health, he had good hygiene. Oh, and he was also an alcoholic. She kept track of his ever bottles in the fridge
Now working at Italian rest piatti, and California kitchen
She can't remember where he worked
Bought house in June 2005 because she saw herself becoming a real estate investor..buy home, sit on it for a while,
Oh, btw, he stopped drinking in 2004
Hs wife, or ex wife, moved, so they moved closer to her.
She took real estate classes on college, several classes...also took Spanish.
She was trying to start a real estate company.
Home cost 350k, ...she put no money down
She had 10-12k in bank, good credit
They were going to take son full time. Mom wanted to keep son. Duh.
She could not buy home without Daryl.
Don't get first house.
No lakinta, looked in palm desert instead.
Made offer on house she really liked.
Moved in in the summer of 2005
House was 1500 sq feet. 3 bdr, 2 bath. Pool in back.
She had the master bedroom. He had smaller room called his cave time. Jack had the other room.
Jack came on weekends. She felt the had a good relationship...like a little brother. (Daryl was like a father to her.)

OMG..seriously...this is hilarious. I'm going to confess something a little embarrassing about the one and only time I let my husband have buttsecks with me. My hubs is pretty..um, thick. The next day I went to shopping at the mall with my daughter. We were walking, and I ended up farting as I walked.....TWICE! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD A FART COMING!!!! Total shock. My daughter looked at me like: wth mom? couldn't you be more discreet? I said, we better go before I shit myself and I won't know it's coming.

True story. ...So every time I see that butthole, I think of my story.

I know a woman that this happens to ALL THE TIME. We figure she gets it up the poop chute pretty regularly.

I agree with the bpd. My mom has bpd and its all about them and their stories change. If you aren't on their side you're the enemy.

I have a friend whose mother I think is bpd. But she is nuuuuuts, like, super moody. One minute she will be all loving, then if she feels crossed (real or imagined) she turns into this raging bitch. Everything is always, always about her. And when she doesn't get her way, or she's not getting enough attention, she threatens suicide. I haven't heard any stories like this about Jodi. Is it just a matter of extremes or what (Q for Imbatman!)?

Darryl the old guy quit drinking because it was not numbing enough ....he moved on to opiates and barbiturates and finally heroin before the roller-coaster ride which is Jodi came to an end ...that is why he did not want to show his " faces of meth " look on TV

She hunts down exes, stays in contact or tries to, and it think she thinks that's normal. Most of us walk away when shit ends. Not get in a car and drive hours to get answers.

My mom did this when I was a child. It sort of stopped as all of us got older.

I noticed her treating my teenage niece horribly during a recent visit--it was like reliving my high school years. It occurred to me that she seems to be really manipulative around children and teenagers, almost like she realized she had to take a different approach with us the older we got.

Just my prediction...but this liar is going to be extremely embarrassed on tv pretty soon. When JM gets a hold of her, her butthole will look 100x's worse than it looks now. She is not doing herself any favors at all. NOTHING. All her morning testimony did was prove some guy cheated on her....and she drove 1 1/2 hours to confront him.

There is nothing about this girl that makes me feel any kind of pity for her.

she has all the same characteristics of casey anthony.
this is my worst nightemare come to life.
i am no stranger to dealing with family members with diagnosed, but untreated mental illness.
thats why cases like this and the anthony case intrigue me so very much.
