Wait... IT, but.... She got a $300 boob job? What's she do, blow the Dr?
I hope you two don't have kids.
Two men received death sentences for child rape. They were later commuted to life sentences just as some murder convictions are. Regardless, it seems others feel that child rape is at least equal to first degree murder.
Don't ever have kids. Please. Just don't.
Full of ourselves much?

Hope that works, don't know how to use this thing yet.
i think what bryan is saying, and i could be wrong, is that jodi (or any killer) saying she couldn't help but kill because she had an abusive upbringing is not as valid a reason as an child molester attributing his compulsion to being molested as a child.
the case could be made that molesters mimic the behaviors they endured throughout their childhood because that is what they were taught to do.
Maybe that is his argument, but he blatantly stated that he believes first degree murder is worse than molesting a child. That is beyond fucked up. Especially in this situation where Travis was a grown ass man KNOWING Jodi was psycho and kept fucking her anyway, ultimately murdered by her hand. So THAT is worse than an innocent child being sexually violated by an adult? What fucking planet is he living on? And you too, if you agree with him.
1st degree murder encompasses children victims too, my dear. the basis of the conviction should not hinge on your personal feelings about the person who has been murdered. the person could be a small child, a father or a grandfather. they're still dead. se muerte. toes up.
a kid gets molested. that is a horrible, horrible thing! but you know what? the kid is fucking alive afterward and god willing, has the support of those who love him or her to understand what happened and work on the issues that arise.
i bet you think rape is worse than murder too.
i can't even...
What is that link, TheRaven? Its not working for me.
Oh geez. Convictions and charges alike hinge on a multitude of things. So don't say they should or should not hinge on certain feelings. Don't you think victims families have a voice in most murder case conviction penalties? Yes, personal feelings play a huge part in penalty phases especially. And newsflash, crimes against children are generally stiffer, especially sexual crimes. So yeah
Oh, and btw, that smite was from me. Just forgot to sign it. When I can give you another one, bank on it cause I'm gonna.![]()
of course you will, because you are never offended by someone disagreeing with your opinion.
if you meant to say, 'when i think the victim of the murder is partially to blame for the murder, then it is less severe a crime than child molestation in general,' then you should have just said it.
i personally think the taking of a life is worse than molestation.
Oh. Ok. Thanks TheRaven. I was reading Jodi's blog on her Myspace. The post with just a bunch of quotes. I noticed she posted a quote from Travis, Chris Hughes, and Matt McCartney. There is also a quote from a magician. Wonder if it's a creepy Gus quote. Lol
