Here is my missing piece...I have plenty of info on Travis (childhood thru almost adulthood...clinically speaking the adolescent brain has just started to develop at into an "adult" brain at 24) but I really don't have all that much info on Jodi's childhood....if anyone can chime in on PM on this I would be greatful. It will just help me to develp a more clinically rather than personal opinion. On that note I think she is GUILTY as hell!
and yes there are typos...not premium so can't correct and to lazy to do so.
I agree with you here on the fact that we don't have much info on Jodi's childhood and it would really be interesting to know what her childhood was like. I wouldn't profess to make any clinical opinions on people I haven't met, but from what I have seen, and ignoring the murder but judging just by her behavior beforehand, I don't buy Jodi's characterization of her childhood as "ideal," as she called it in the 48 hours show. From the pictures we've seen of her grandparent's house where she lived it looks like she came up in pretty modest circumstances. We know she's a high school drop out. Her behavior in a relationship screams abandonment and daddy issues. Travis is the one whose parents literally abandoned him and both died, so he had those same issues but tried to hide it under a larger than life confident persona. Yet something had him going back to Jodi despite all his professed ideals. Maybe the comfort of knowing she was in the same boat and would always be there for him when he came calling at 2 in the morning, and all her crazy felt somewhat comfortable to him because it's what he knew from childhood. What caused Jodi's abandonment issues (desperate not to have Travis leave her), low self esteem ($300 boob implants), and lack of a real personality (adopted his beliefs almost immediately)? I wouldn't be surprised if she dealt with some kind of profound abuse growing up. I mentioned earlier in the thread her behavior to me screams that she was the victim of sexual abuse. Her inability to walk away from the relationship when Travis said he didn't want to marry her but still wanted sex (which she admitted in 48 hours was hard to deal with and why she moved away). People who are abused are often unable to act in their own best interests and come to their own defense, and build up a lot of internal conflict and rage. The way Travis attacked was something you'd expect to see from a battered woman who had been harboring pent up rage from years of abuse. I think Jodi didn't see Travis as Travis, she saw him as her abuser from childhood. There's just no way someone would attack someone in that personal of a way without there being some serious deep issues that had been triggered from years of pent up rage.
I think his dick is slightly hard in the pic, which is why he is kind of using his fingers to push it down. However, I'm not well versed in uncircumcised dicks, so I don't know the technicalities of it as far as what level of hard it needs to be before it doesn't look as uncircumcised.
I'm so sorry. :( Get a top notch security system and learn how to use a gun to protect yourself.
I must be an idiot when it comes to penises. I can't even tell that it has not been circumcised. Looks like all the circumcised penises I've ever seen.Any one else seeing this or should I go buy a "Penis for Dummies" book???
I looked at Angela's myspace a while back, she got preggers with her hs bf and they got married; wedding photos were posted, maybe still are. Then a diatribe about how he cheated on her after they were married and they divorced. she did seem to idolize her older sister.

hey glass.. I tried to pm you but it said I had to many pm's??? If you could pm me I would appreciate it!
Just say hi or somethin ridonk.
She also was realllllly interested in looking at the pictures Detective Flores had of the crime scene/Travis during her interrogation.
I hope that Jodi is stupid enough to insist to take the stand so Martinez can tear into her. Also hoping the Prosecution decides to do a rebuttal. The way the circus sideshow Defense is dragging this out, I feel like the impact of what the Prosecution presented can be lost over time.
Raised, I'm sorry to hear about your brother. Do you think based on his prison history, you could get on RO? It's worth a try. I'm sure this is a very difficult situation, don't let anyone guilt you into starting over with him. Your fear is something you can't just get over because someone says they've changed.
Kristinella, I was crazy too. Still am.
I think the only thing that could have saved him is if he told her he wanted to be together. Maybe even Mexico could have saved him, until they got back.
I know I'm a little late to this but back to the shower pictures (I do agree that it doesn't really matter and has no basis on her case) but she put NO effort into taking them. Anyone with even a beginners knowledge of Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO and white balance would know how to take a better picture than those. Even if she just "Sprays and Prays" (taking a bunch of pictures and hopes one turns out) she would have gotten SOMETHING better than those. If she had the camera on Auto (using no thought as to any of the settings) the flash would have gone off more. My guess is she really was just sneaking pictures of him.
