Thank you. Think about this.. I was pregnant with my son at the time. I was due in a few weeks. He is 18 now and I feel exactly the same about it now as I did then. It doesn't go away. It doesn't get easier. You miss them.. you dream about how they were killed when you listen to the testimony of their injuries.. you see it in your dreams. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I don't buy that any of those pictures are posed. They're too blurry to have been taken by someone who knew her way around a camera. They look too dark to have been taken with a flash, which seems odd in poor lighting. I think he knew she was there, but I doubt he knew she was actually photographing him. When he's on the bed, it's like she's sitting on the floor hunkered down. If this guy is as vain as some people are claiming, I seriously doubt he would let her photograph him with a bottle of KY and a limp dick.
In the interview, she even said how much Travis didn't want to be photographed, and giggled like a bitch when Flores questioned that. The shower pics look like he was standing and showering, probably arguing with her or whatever, then realized she was taking pictures. He sat down in the shower so she didn't get more junk pics, because she's all about breaking into emails and sending anonymous letters and shit. So all these shitty angles and lighting pics...
At least until the last shot, which just so happens to be perfectly framed and composed and shows him in his last moments. NOPE.

I think we can all be quilty of seeing things from a formed opinion view. I think, then rethink myself... often! lol I do like to TRY and get facts straight though when they are available.
There are so many incorrect rumors in this case I see reading around the net. Not fact, my opinion is, this little mouse didn't add anything of value for either side. If anything, Martinez deflated this witness for the def. Unbelievable saying over the top, but she can't even remember what it was. Then follows the brother who deflates his sisters comment further by not even remembering anything related to her 'over the top' while he was right there in the same car. A person would have to really be driven for their own version if they wanted to cling to this gals vaque memory of something but I don't know what.
Glasshat, what it suggests to me is a man who is emotionally immature and not very experienced with adult relationships. Also, Lisa was 19, so she wasn't very experienced either.

just gonna throw my two cents in about the casing...
round objects usually roll or skid when kicked. if that happened, i would imagine there would be some type of blood on top of the casing, which there clearly wasn't. this seems especially true to me because the casing is pretty deep into the blood and not stuck on an edge, as would be the case it it had skidded into it.
also, that there was no blood on top leads me to believe that he was shot last because the spray from all the other attacks would have been likely to leave some droplets on it if the casing was already out in the open.
oh, and the m.e. report. that clinches it.

I would have more sympathy for Jodi if she hadn't told so many stories about what happened and if the defense had gone with "heat of passion" or temporary insanity and downplayed all the "premeditation evidence."
I do think she was used by Travis.. maybe something in her childhood made her accept this treatment.. otherwise she is just a Psychotic sadistic unhumane murderer

I have a hypothetical question: A young woman leaves a nightclub wearing a very short miniskirt, high heels, a see-through top, no panties, and no bra on. Now lets say she is walking home down a dark, deserted street and she gets brutally raped and murdered.
Do you in any way feel like she had it coming?
You don't necessarily have to have sympathy for her, just an understanding of what might have happened. She's a fucking monster for doing what she did. But why did she do it? We know that the theory is she was just a raging jealous lunatic, and that might be, but it also might not be.
I was abused in a marriage, but I loved him. I was blinded by that love and stayed until he almost killed me. NOT saying that is even remotely what happened to Jodi, as I do not believe that is anywhere near what actually happened, but there are plenty of reasons people stay in abusive relationships. Physical or mental abuse. We just don't know what happened and that's why it's important to hear everything and hear it with an open mind.
Regardless of what her reasons, it was overkill and I hope she never sees the outside of a prison because honestly, I don't think she's stable enough to ensure she wouldn't do it again. Not only that, she doesn't deserve to ever be released. But death? I don't know that I agree with that. I won't be upset if she does get the DP, but if I were on the jury I don't think I could sentence her to death based on what I've heard so far.
Apples and oranges, but no of course not. Nor do I think anything Travis might have done to Jodi justifies what she did to him, but everyone has a breaking point. Did he really push her to that breaking point? That's the million dollar question and I want to know the answer.
I can answer that question. Yes, he obviously did.
But her "breaking point" isn't that of a sane, reasonable person. This is like saying that the kids from the Columbine shooting were justified because they were "pushed past their breaking point."
Someone this sick, who is so easily pushed to committing cold, calculated, premeditated murder has no place in society. That's the end of the story.
I am really getting tired of people excusing cold-blooded murder by trying to blame it on something else. Jodi Arias is not an abused woman, she's not insane, she was not in fear for her life.
The definition of insanity is clear. The definition of self-defense is clear.
She's just a woman who didn't get what she wanted, and someone had to pay the price for that. It's not to me to say death penalty or not, but I sure don't want to see her out walking the streets.

I don't have much feeling about the naked pics. I don't think they are important. Some do that sort of stuff, it isn't a crime--- and it sure isn't grounds for slicing someone up.
