Exactly! Not surprised at all. I expected all of this and more to be shown. I'm not even offended at seeing all of it, since it all contributes to building a case and I'm fine with that. However, it doesn't mean I don't still feel bad for Travis and his family at having all of this exposed with so little care. It's also the fact of taking apart every last action and trying to spin everything into being evil and sinister. People say things they don't mean in anger, people do stupid things due to hormones or various temptations and pressures, we all make mistakes - but having every last one set out as a definition of the core of who you are - THAT is what's messed up. I don't think he was a great guy, but he wasn't really a bad guy either. But now he is being defined ONLY by his mistakes and every last thing they can use against them. THAT is what is really a shame in my eyes.

So when I was going back trying to figure out what really happened (while somewhat knowing since my husband had got home while I had it on and sat down and was watching - I'm so proud! - he hollered "HOLY PENIS!" HAHAHAH) - Anyways, I got around the point where the penis was shown and couldn't get the video to work right, but she kept licking her lips and I'm pretty sure it was after that pic. Was she remembering that image fondly?!?!?! EWWWWW Jodi! Yuck.

I'm disgusted by the character assassination the defense team is doing. It is not doing a single thing to help Jodi's defense.

Yeah, but it's just standard defense. They're trying to save their client from the death penalty and I would hope that if I were in Jodi's position that my lawyer would fight with as much vigor as they are. I just can't fault the defense. That said, I hope justice is served for Travis and that Jodi is held to account, but trashing the lawyers just because they're representing her is not understood by me.

They have to give it everything they can for their client. the good ones get the big bucks, and these two if they win will profit greatly with paying clients. They cannot have qualms about trashing the victim. it does go both ways, as we know, innocents have been convicted. it is almost a game of who has the best smoke and mirrors, because juries do not always get it right. all the motions for mistrial go with the territory as well. get the client off on a technicality or get a mistrial, time and cost is no matter.

She hands him the photos and says, 'here are exhibits 394 and 393'. Then when she goes to enter them into evidence, she conveniently forgets the numbers, which are on the back. Dorkin quickly as if pre-planned holds up both photos towards the jury to read her the numbers. That is when we briefly see them, they are not on the overhead or discussed. Watch how she kind of gives her trademark giggle when she says she forgot the numbers. She could have looked at her notes for the numbers, that was tricky.

idk - i am not even sure what hard drive it came from, he said the youtubes were from his laptop but the peen pics were from an external drive - so i am not even sure where the external drive came from or when the pics are from

The dots haven't been connected on this. We don't know that the pic of the peen was sent to Jodi Arias or anyone else for that matter. All we know is that a destroyed external hard drive had a pic of a penis. We don't even know that the hard drive was found in the possession of Travis Alexander. What we know is that the witness received a destroyed external hard drive from the Mesa Police Department, and that the hard drive contained a picture of a penis. This might have been Jodi Arias' hard drive. We just don't know.

If it was Jodi Arias' hard drive, its contents are untrustworthy:
This woman made a fake diary to throw off police.
She staged more than one crime scene.
She pre-arranged alibis.
She forged documents purportedly from Travis Alexander.

How do we know she didn't use her photography "skills" to manufacture any pic she wanted to be "found?"

i have to rewatch - but the computer guy described 2 hard drives - the first from travis' laptop where the youtube vids were from, then he said he had an external hard drive that was damaged, and thats where the peen pics were from, but b4 they could explain where that drive was from, they showed the pics - martinez objected because there weren't entered into evidence yet, then side bar then recess, so we don't know anything for sure

Also Thursday, defense attorneys asked prosecutors to turn over Arias’ computer hard drive so they can conduct their own independent testing on it. They also complained that prosecutors weren’t being forthcoming in turning over evidence, because they have not given the defense access to the contents of the hard drive.

Prosecutor Juan Martinez explained that the delay was because the hard drive was damaged and an outside firm had to examine it for potential evidence.

Martinez says his team is still waiting for the examination and would turn over to the defense the hard drive and the firm’s report when everything is complete. It is still unclear what the hard drive could reveal.

At a hearing Tuesday, Judge Sherry Stephens moved the start date from November 19 to November 26. The judge has not ruled on the defense team’s request for a six-week delay. Arias’ lawyers say their expert needs more time to examine a laptop hard drive.

Court documents say the hard drive contains text messages between and pictures of Arias and the victim, Travis Alexander.

So yeah, that doesn't surprise me that there was a huge stink about calling the jury out today. If it was Jodi's HD, they've delayed the start of the trial a number of times trying to fight having it introduced in court. It looks like like first the defense didn't want to the information introduced as evidence, but now Martinez is the one who's fighting it?

Prosecutor Juan Martinez objected when defense attorney Jennifer Willmott tried to admit photos of a man's genitalia Dworkin recovered from Alexander's external hard drive. Martinez objected on the grounds that Dworkin could not identify whose genitalia it was.

So who knows.
