So this judge has other cases first thing in the morning until 10:30 which is why court starts so late.

I'm trying very hard to understand why this phone sex call would be relevant to the defense. I mean, Jodi is the one that recorded the call. Why would someone record that unless they were going to listen to it later because they think its hot or something....or they are setting up a reason for murder. Either way it's pretty fucking weird.

The jurors just walked out of their room (not the courtroom). Apparently they're on a break.
ETA: I forgot that as of yesterday the jurors were being escorted around because of the idiot media guy who approached one of them...
