I just gave ya some too.![]()
This newbie is planning on sticking around. I am reading the Morgan drama right now. I followed her blog up to her childs death and then stopped reading. The thread is very enlightening.
I am enjoying this thread. It is very informative and entertaining. What other threads should newbie's check out? So far, this is the only one I have gotten into. I even sucked my sister into reading it...Hi Jenn!
And I apologize if any further posts are not all that educational as I am going to be trying to get up to 50 points so I can see my Rep Power :)
He did actually. He did it on one of the televised specials (I think 48 hours??) and he specifically said that the gunshot came first. Wormi-Nurmi-fat-and-squirmy said that he also stated that in one of their initial evidentiary hearings. However, since it was from a misunderstanding and it was his belief, not proven by the ME's facts, it was not intentional, so it is unlikely that they will be able to get a mistrial from it. He didn't do it to intentionally mislead nor does it really change the nature of the case or the juries perception, so its really unlikely any judge will grant a mistrial from that, but the defense has to cling to whatever they can!
Sorry is this was already discussed, I woke up late and missed the morning session. Is court at lunch or done for the day?
Hahaha, they're toggling the feed on-air. OOPS! Rookie mistake!!! :)
Welcome to all the newbies. I believe you have to have 50 posts before rep power shows. If you click settings at the top of the page, it will show you which of your posts received rep. People also tend to leave a comment with a message for you about why they gave you rep. Preemie members can see who left rep but non preemies can't so people will often (if they remember!) sign the comment.
Am I in a time warp or is this not this mornings session?
They are NOT back. This is a replay from this morning
Ok great, thought i'd grabbed the wrong creamer for my coffee or something, lol
