What was the deal with Ashley Thompson throwing her "ex" husband under the bus in the anonymous tip off? Just pissed because they weren't getting along?

I find it really odd that Marie, Dallin, and Michelle were immediate to throw JA to the wolves when they found Travis, yet arrived WITH her at the police station. If I thought for a second someone murdered my friend, it would be in their best interest to not come near me. Who wound up tipping JA off that she was being investigated so she wouldn't give the follow-up interview with everyone else? She said she wanted an attorney, but am I right in thinking she never actually got one and gave a statement later anyway?

This is total speculation, but I bet it was that Aaron guy who was on Nancy Grace. He ended up being the guy who drove her to the police station when she did decide to go in to give a statement. He also visited her in jail afterward.

He said he was friends with both of them and didn't want to believe she was guilty at first... I think he had the hots for her.

I honestly don't think he had anything in his system. My BF had a theory that Jodi had drugged him or something but I said that would have come up in the ME / toxicology report, etc and most likely would have been a part of the case.

She said she wanted an atty, but then changed her mind, no doubt thinking that would stand out since the others were not asking for one.

Hate to say it but I agree with Judge Joe. I don't think Casey planned to kill Caylee... I do think she drugged her so she could party and accidentally overdosed her. Then she freaked out and hid the body.

She's still a lying skank and deserves to go down for what she did, but the prosecutor shouldn't have tried for the death penalty, in my opinion.

Your post made me just think of something.... since she somewhat cleaned up AND started a load of laundry couldn't she have washed the knife and put it right back in the block (using the theory she ran downstairs and got one)? Surely they checked his knives against his wounds to rule that out?
