I can see why the juror asked if the roommates had been questioned etc. If you can smell the decay when you walk in the door downstairs, how could he not have noticed it walking to and from his room? I dunno. My b/f's sense of smell is horrible. I could totally see him doing something like this, not even noticing...

In the police report, one roommate said he noticed a smell that night (Travis was found), but didn't ask anyone about it. The bedroom door was later opened and Travis was found, that would have spread the smell to the rest of the house, which is why the police smelled it when they came in. None of the friends who found him mentioned a smell in the police report.

I noticed in the police report, one of the roommates thought it was weird that the dog gate had been put on the stairs, resitricting Napolean's access upstairs. - because Travis had always let the dog go wherever he wanted in the house. I'm guessing Jodi put that up so that the dog wouldn't try to get into Travis's room- clawing at the door and barking - because that would tip off the roommates pretty quickly.

Because I for sure think it was premeditated, (not to say she couldn't have changed her mind at any time NOT to do it), IMO she brought the knife; it had to be a SHARP knife, so you would not randomly grab a knife in his kitchen and expect it to be sharp enough. Have you ever tried to slice raw meat with a dull knife? It is way harder; likewise, stabbing someone with some muscle to go through. Plus, she had a knife she did the tires with...she knows a thing or two about them.

I find it really odd that Marie, Dallin, and Michelle were immediate to throw JA to the wolves when they found Travis, yet arrived WITH her at the police station. If I thought for a second someone murdered my friend, it would be in their best interest to not come near me. Who wound up tipping JA off that she was being investigated so she wouldn't give the follow-up interview with everyone else? She said she wanted an attorney, but am I right in thinking she never actually got one and gave a statement later anyway?

She's been singing like a bird since she was arrested. Unfortunately for her she keeps singing different tunes. She's a dumbass. Rule #1 is STFU when you've been arrested.
