This, definitely. Dunno if it says anything about it in a report, but she's definitely been writing with both hands in court. Even if it wasn't her camera and she'd never used it before, she's all about the photography. I don't doubt she could do it.
Right, and you also have to consider that he's (pardon the unflattering description) smushed down in there. It's not a flattering angle, even for someone with an average build.
i think you're the bees kneesm mjoy but it makes me giggle with the people saying they could see it from enlarging a image that's a snapshot or screen capture or a picture. i don't see it. actually, i never bothered to look. see picture of picture thing. if we had the original file, maybe that would be another story.
I have a theory on why they're trying self defense as opposed to fighting the charges altogether.
A couple days ago, I linked to a PDF regarding "lesser included offenses" in Arizona. In it, there was a case cited as an example where a guy broke into some lady's house, raped and murdered her. He was charged with first degree murder. Throughout his case, he admitted breaking into the house but denied any involvement in her death. He was found guilty.
He appealed on the grounds that the judge did not notify the jury they could rule on "lesser included offenses" (i.e. second degree murder). His appeal was denied because all throughout his trial, he had denied having anything to do with her death. Therefore, the judge was not required to allow the jury to consider a lesser offense.
My point is--based on previous case law in Arizona, as long as Jodi denied having any involvement in Travis' death, the judge would not be required to allow the jury to consider second degree murder or manslaughter. Her attorneys CLEARLY know the prosecutors have enough evidence to prove that she was involved. I think they made this clear to her and let her know that if she was involved, she had better come clean so that at least the jury could consider a lesser offense.
This is where I think the "self defense" thing came from. My opinion...
The PDF is here, if anyone wants to read it: http://apaac.az.gov/specialized-topi.../category/73-l (It's the one called "necessarily included distinguished" State v. Salazar, bottom of page 3)
I had to stare at it for about ten mins (kinda like those ones that if you stare long enough something appears). I at first saw a skeleton. Now I think the skeleton is supposed to be the light blue shirt maybe? I can kinda make out a head shape and then what would be the dark jacket and arms. The lil flash of light could be the camera and it is dark around where the other hand "would" be. I definitely don't see a gun shape though.
By the way... that was my extremely non-legal way of explaining what I was reading.

Hopefully this works. We only have MS Paint at work, so I just outlined what, at first glance, I thought might be Jodi. Now, as a left hand-er I use a right mouse and trying to use the right mouse with MS Paint as a tool was not very easy. I feel like I see the feet, the right arm sticking out like it was holding a gun or weapon and the hair, but then as I said in a previous post, I remembered the hair was not blonde anymore. The light around it is maybe what I see that I think is blonde.
And no, I've never seen Jesus or Mary in my toast.![]()
M Joy posted this timestamp above, so I copied her post and added to it. I was curious about the time between each picture
I am editing this post. I got all the times wrong. Sorry everybody

I started looking for a nice Jackie Chan meme for the whole Rorschach Magic Eye murder eyeball thing (P.S. Who's good with Photoshop? You could seriously eff with peoples' heads on those amateur crime blogs) but then I found this.
I guess maybe there was a knife block/set in the kitchen and that's what they're saying isn't missing a knife? We have one of those and then some mismatched ones in the drawer, so I don't know how the guys can say nothing was missing. I mean, come on, these guys don't strike me as extremely aware of their surroundings.
I think the point is: Jackie Chan.
Since we're hypothesizing....Here is my supposed analyses of what they're seeing in the 3000000000000u000000x magnified eyeball.
