According to the minutes filed from trial January 16 th , the tire slashing incident was in December 2007, both Alexander and Andrew?s tires were slashed and the individual came to the front door . Martinez states Andrews will testify to these facts. Prior to dating Alexander, Daidone was dating a common friend and member of their Mormon ward- Steve Bell. Arias claims she and Travis began dating February 2, 2007.

Daidone will not go into how she and Travis began dating, or why, but there is a Steve Bell connected to this group that has had some serious troubles with the law immediately preceding the break up, and many following.

Could the mystery stalker have been on her end and NOT Arias? If so, you can bet the defense will be bringing that issue into court next week and providing the jury with this eye opening gem-expected to cause further problems with the State?s theory.

I do think it's interesting that Lisa has deleted her entire online presence, including her Blogspot account. I was able to get to it two weeks ago. Now, it's completely gone.

It does seem like she's doing everything in her power to hide--maybe so they can't serve her a subpoena and force her to testify? I know she's on the witness list for the defense.

Has anyone said whether or not the knives she had in her luggage were consistent with the stab wounds...size, thickness, etc? I don't think I've heard anything about that but I assumed not since they said thIey didn't find the actual knife used. She was making sure she had her bases covered huh? Multiple knives, 2 different guns, extra ammo....

I agree--if it matched the wounds, it probably would have been brought into evidence.

I've also wondered if anyone made an effort to look for the weapons and her bloody clothes on the route she took to Utah. I guess that would be a huge longshot searching hundreds of miles of desert, but they said there was a smoky smell in her rental car, which makes me think she burned the clothes. I might have had a helicopter fly the route looking for evidence of a fire.

Now I'm totally being all CSI...

In the shower pictures he doesn't look like that big of a guy. He actually looks pretty slender. In the picture where he is laying in the shower already dead he looks horribly bloated to me. I know everyone says he wasn't that bloated, he was just a big guy but if you look at the shower pictures I just don't see it.

He was a big guy. I'd like to see the pictures you're looking at that you see him as slender. Not being snarky. He looks hefty in all of his pics to me.

My other question - Unless he had a knife block and no other knives how are they sure there wasn't a knife missing? We have a drawer full of knives, spatulas, utensils, etc... At my house there are a couple sets of knives that aren't complete. Am I the only one with incomplete sets of dishes, knives, silverware etc?

I heard on HLN, however credible that source is, Jodi had bought a new gun and had a box of 9mm ammo, along with knives in a box of belongs they found at her grandparents home. Why hasn't this information been brought out yet is the question....

5:22:36. and then if you look at (I think) 5:24:30 (I couldn't see the whole time on it) The one with his arms up. They aren't huge arms. I know camera angles can make you slimmer or fatter. but he doesn't look Huge to me. I'm not saying he's tiny but he doesn't look overly big.

I'm lucky I can find find 2 things that match in my kitchen. I always buy my knives in singles. I even have a couple that I bought from Goodwill.

I'd be killer to see the picture, but who can say for sure if it holds water, or not.

In the photograph of his face straight-on, he looks completely freaked and caught off guard. I think someone testified they thought he was sitting down in the full-face picture, and that's just shortly before she stabbed him in the chest. In my head, this makes the most sense.

You're definitely not alone. This sort of crossed my mind when I heard them answer, "No" as well. The one thing I thought of though, was my husband when I met him. He had a full set in a block and no other knives in drawers or anything--no hand-me-down stuff.

I'm not sure why I made the connection, other than maybe it's a "guy thing"? Maybe they are more apt to get rid of stuff when they move and replace it?

I have watched that video several times. I really think he had no idea she was taking those pictures. I think she startled him and he had to sit down for a minute. He probably was saying stop taking pictures and she didn't. He probably smacked away the camera (shot of the ceiling) and an argument started. He was probably trying to kick her out and she flipped. Wonder why she went to all the trouble cleaning up everything but didnt touch the sink.

Well, no, I don't think he's obese, but he was at least 200 pounds before death according to the ME. I think he was 189 during autopsy. The ME says that your weight goes down after death and even more so depending on blood loss. Travis had a lot of blood loss. Also, the ME noted minimal bloating.

I will admit that it could just be how I interpret "big guy" He could be considered big to some.

So on In Session right now, there's some woman that claims she's a body language expert. She's watching the interrogation tape of Jodi when she does that crazy bizarre stretch. The 'expert' says; "Any time you see behavior like this it's indicative that they have murdered someone". This is why it's hard for me to take these 'experts' seriously. I mean, she could have said "Behavior like this is indicative of nervousness, perhaps from guilt" or something similar, but no, she said this behavior is indicative that she murdered someone. Sorry, I just find that lol worthy.

My camera has the button on the right side as well, but when juggling kids, purse, backpacks, what ever, I have used my left hand to snap a pic. It does make it a little awkward, but it can be done. I don't think it is a far stretch to believe that she would have used her other hand (just position your index finger on the button) She would want to keep the weapon in the better hand assuming she was right handed. More coordination to shoot when needed.

One of the questions asked by the jury (I believe) was, "Were there any knives missing from the kitchen?" Whoever was on the stand (Flores?) responded, "No, there were no knives missing from the kitchen."

Totally playing devil's advocate, but how would they know? We have a cutlery block with knives in it, and then in the silverware drawer I have steak knives from my old cutlery set. How would they know?

Ok, I just did my own experiment. (For comparison's sake: My house is about 3500 sq feet I think, I've got a "master suite" with a good size bathroom. Outside of my bedroom is a long hallway that leads to stairs. The stairs take you down to the kitchen, knifes are on the opposite side.)

So, I started in my bathroom, went to the knives in the kitchen and all the way back into my bathroom at a normal casual pace and it took me 46 seconds. Obviously if I were pumped on adrenaline and about ready to murder someone I could go a lot faster. (I'm not, and I'm not really into exercise either, so I'm not going to reenact it while running!)

So...if we think she did not bring the knife into the bathroom with her, there is more than enough time for her to run down and grab one. However, I really believe that she brought both the gun and the knife from the get go.

Jodi is ambidextrous. She's been shown in court writing with her left and her right hand.

Also, I am left handed but do a lot of things right handed. Like, cut with scissors, hold a blow dryer, use a camera. I could write with my right hand if needed, but it wouldn't be very neat or legible.

I agree...they wouldn't really be able to be certain, unless they knew exactly how many they had. I have a knife block, and I would definitely be able to tell if one were missing.
