    I REALLY hope she does.
You're right. If they were to try to call her as a witness, yet she isn't on the list there would be a problem. She has to be listed if there's any chance she may be called.

No. They HAVE to list her as a witness if they want to call her as a witness, but they don't HAVE to call her just because she's on the list.

I don't know. Polygraphs are not reliable. For one, psychopaths can pass them with flying colors even when they're guilty.

    No, no, and maybe?

In all seriousness, this case has affected me big time, and my heart breaks for what Travis endured in his last few minutes here on Earth. Sorry, but regardless of what order the defense wants to argue about, being stabbed almost 30 times, being shot in the brain and having your throat slit from ear to ear, almost decapitating you, along with defensive wounds that clearly show he tried to fight back... If that isn't excessively cruel, I don't know what is.

On a different note, I can't believe I just found this site a couple of weeks ago! I love talking trials, psychos, etc and it's great to have such intelligent people to chat it up with about the crazies! :) This forum opens my eyes to things I hadn't known or thought about before, so thank you guys for the awesome insights!
    Welcome TT!

You're welcome. So many of my own questions were answered reading the report. It really bothers me that Travis watch and ring sat on the kitchen counter those five days. They knew it was unusual. In this facebook era would anyone notice if we suddenly quit responding? Scary.

    Hi everyone, newbie here
I've been reading here for a while and finally joined up. Imagine my surprise when I read all the nice things about Tennessee! Yes I'm an East Tennessean and it is a beautiful place. I'm not so crazy about the madness of Pigeon Forge though

I didn't think anything could beat Casey A's level of crazy, but she has. I'm hoping the jury looks past all the insignificant details the defense is likely to serve so they are able to see the degree of JA's guilt.

I read on one of the facebook pages, I think JVM's page that someone commented that they enlarged the photo of Travis in the shower to 30k pixels and they were able to see the refelction of Jody. They said they could see her flashing the camera and holding a gun in her right hand and also the color shirt she was wearing. Does anyone believe that all the photos taken of Travis in the shower were taken at gun point?

I commented on this awhile ago. I was never able to see what she was holding/doing. If someone has a pic that clearly shows what she was doing in the reflection, please post :)

    Whoa! Intrestin'!

I'd be killer to see the picture, but who can say for sure if it holds water, or not.

In the photograph of his face straight-on, he looks completely freaked and caught off guard. I think someone testified they thought he was sitting down in the full-face picture, and that's just shortly before she stabbed him in the chest. In my head, this makes the most sense.

    Welcome to you both!

So on In Session right now, there's some woman that claims she's a body language expert. She's watching the interrogation tape of Jodi when she does that crazy bizarre stretch. The 'expert' says; "Any time you see behavior like this it's indicative that they have murdered someone". This is why it's hard for me to take these 'experts' seriously. I mean, she could have said "Behavior like this is indicative of nervousness, perhaps from guilt" or something similar, but no, she said this behavior is indicative that she murdered someone. Sorry, I just find that lol worthy.

There's been so much discussion about the knife...was it in the bathroom?..was it in the bedroom?...did she bring it with her? The hubs and I were discussing the case and he asked about the knife and I told him what I knew. He said "she probably just went to the kitchen to get it when she snapped"...I mean duh right? I told him about the time stamp on the pics and that she wouldn't have had time to go downstairs, get a knife, back upstairs and attack in under a minute. Ok so when I saw the pics of the stairs and realized they were right outside the bedroom door and that they lead DIRECTLY into the kitchen, the next step was to test the theory. I got my 10 year old to go from bedroom to kitchen, grab a fork and come back and I would time him. Hahah yeah I did! Now we don't have stairs but taking into account kid slowness and fumbling through the drawer for a fork...he did it in 12 seconds and that was taking his time. He did it again but this time he hurried and made it in 8 seconds. So my theory is that she snapped, ran down stairs into kitchen, grabbed a knife, back up the stairs again and into bathroom where she began the attack. Enraged and with adrenaline pumping she could have easily done all that in less than a minute...IMO. Thoughts??

The camera expert said the camera would have to be snapped with the right hand because of where the button is located otherwise she would be reaching around so how would she be able to hold the camera AND gun in her right hand??

Yeah--SERIOUS stretch to believe that someone exhibits certain behaviors when they've murdered someone, but not when they're guilty of anything else...

LOL. I gave you Herps for your dedication. Awesome.

I thought I remember the state saying there was a 4 minute gap in between the groups of pictures. Does anybody have a list of when each picture and time were taken? TIA.

http://blinkoncrime.com/2013/01/22/j...ion-omissions/ In her own words, Lisa Andrews Daidone began dating Travis Alexander in July 2007. According to the minutes filed from trial January 16 th , the tire slashing incident was in December 2007, both Alexander and Andrew?s tires were slashed and the individual came to the front door . Martinez states Andrews will testify to these facts. Prior to dating Alexander, Daidone was dating a common friend and member of their Mormon ward- Steve Bell. Arias claims she and Travis began dating February 2, 2007.

Daidone will not go into how she and Travis began dating, or why, but there is a Steve Bell connected to this group that has had some serious troubles with the law immediately preceding the break up, and many following.

Could the mystery stalker have been on her end and NOT Arias? If so, you can bet the defense will be bringing that issue into court next week and providing the jury with this eye opening gem-expected to cause further problems with the State?s theory.

I think she brought the knife and had it in with her belongings, just like she brought the gun.

One of the questions asked by the jury (I believe) was, "Were there any knives missing from the kitchen?" Whoever was on the stand (Flores?) responded, "No, there were no knives missing from the kitchen."

If she snapped and went to the kitchen to grab a knife, that rules out premeditation. That's 2nd degree murder.

For what it's worth, she had knives in her possession (well, in her luggage) when they arrested her.

    Yeah.

Are there certain behaviors for when someone has committed robbery? Arson? Child abuse? Drug dealing? Please, school me on the behaviors that are indicative of a certain crime.

I'm new here so I don't know what herps are besides the STD but this Herps sounds positive so...thank you...I think LOL

I've been looking for a complete list of all the bathroom pics with time stamp and in order but haven't found one yet. I tried to keep up with them and jot them down during that day of testimony but couldn't keep up. It's slow at work today so I'm going to attempt to get a list going from that day of testimony since I can pause and rewind unless someone else has already done the work. I'll post what I get together.

My camera has the button on the right side as well, but when juggling kids, purse, backpacks, what ever, I have used my left hand to snap a pic. It does make it a little awkward, but it can be done. I don't think it is a far stretch to believe that she would have used her other hand (just position your index finger on the button) She would want to keep the weapon in the better hand assuming she was right handed. More coordination to shoot when needed.

Karma is only a bitch if you are!

Has anyone said whether or not the knives she had in her luggage were consistent with the stab wounds...size, thickness, etc? I don't think I've heard anything about that but I assumed not since they said they didn't find the actual knife used. She was making sure she had her bases covered huh? Multiple knives, 2 different guns, extra ammo....
