I remember back in the infant days of the internet, stumbling across rotten dot com and seeing a picture of a guy who cut himself in half with a band saw. That cured me of my morbid curiosity for a while.
I can't watch the videos. I started watching that Station Nightclub fire video and got to the part where the fire starts and was like "nope." and closed the window.

Gwad, they found another photo of Jodi...
just kidding - Phenobarbitol posted this on facebook

Key West, LOL. I was expecting something different.
I can totally see Jodi being believable and playing the victim role very well, and very convincingly. She almost had me while watching the 48 hours episodes. She is very manipulative.
Oh, and I made the mistake of watching the Nick Berg video one time. The sounds were worse than the actual beheading. I will be forever scarred.![]()
If I didn't know the back story before having watched the 48 hours episode, I would have had the impression that Travis was an arrogant, pompous asshole that took pride in controlling and manipulating poor little meek, naive Jodi. I can't even imagine Jodi ever raising her voice, and if she did she would probably sound like a mouse.
So and So, thank you, I will! I moved to Northern VA, because I loved it there. It didn't work out, but I met some really great people and it was an adventure. Just another chapter.
Beli, I Googled that story, it's horrible.
If you've ever had the misfortune to being near a sociopath/psychopath, you wouldn't be so surprised how easily it is to fall under their spell. They are VERY charming people, and you won't know what hit you until it's too late. That how so many of them walk the earth without being found out until they do something so heinous like this.
i only know parts and bits of it. they carjacked them as she was leaving his apartment community. blindfolded, brought back to a house. somehow he was shot and burned by a railroad track. someone said that maybe she was forced to shoot him herself. rape, and tortured, then left in trash bags, bound and dying with her eyes wide open. some people said it wasn't racial, but that maybe it went to extreme it did because of it being racial. hidden from the media, not made a big deal. (i may have gotten some info wrong).
just the bits i remember from it, its just horrible.
I had to google that story too. So awful. I didn't know about it, or if I heard about it, I put it out of my mind. Total nightmare scenario.

Yeah, that's pretty much it.
It sounds like Jodi has her whole pod under her spell. It is very typical for socio/psychopaths. They can be very charming and extremely convincing.
Whoever is running Jodi's *bay account bought a book on Social Psychology on 12/4...
according to the The State vs Jodi Arias FB and Fox10, the person running that eBay account is her brother

Here is a good blog that follows the case. One of the readers went to the trial and saw all the pics and described them, it sounded horrendous. Channon was basically kicked and beaten in her genital area. Chris' mom wanted to see him when they went to identify the body. The police were telling her that she doesn't want to see him (since he was burned from the knees up) so she just hugged the body bag and cried. Ugh.
