I think they want her to admit that they never officailly found out it was Jodi 100%, therefore showing that Jodi could have just been an ex, not a stalker ex. Or if they did find out it was Jodi, did they press charges? Therefore proving they weren't that worried about her, therefore she's not a threat.

Well well well, Jodi is quite the little songbird, isn't she? We have talent contests at my prison too and this one guy who can dance like Michael Jackson pretty much always wins. We also had an inmate who was a dancer for MC Hammer, so he would do the hammertime dance. It was freakin hilarious! But he got transferred ) :
