I note that on yesterday's blog in the comments Toni was asked if she looked outside that morning when she heard the "thud". She responded: "Yes – didn’t see anything but that’s not unusual considering my eyesight is not so wonderful anymore" Yet she is one of the eyewitnesses that we are told who saw him at the house. Before dawn, and nobody else did ("steve had his back to the door". Two people to see him with their own eyes in real time. One admits her sight is bad, the other is not alive. Has there been anyone else to see him?
Sigh, the inconsistencies are just too numerous. I find myself leaving snarky comments directed at a woman whose daughter hasn't been dead a year. I'm not that hard hearted or disrespectful; and don't want to be.
I really wish someone would turn off her internet.....or mine.
Oh Jesus. I grew up with a long steep driveway on a gated property on a dead-end street in a very private neighborhood and probably once a week I'd look out my window to see some wayward golden retriever running down it, followed closely by an irritated owner. Shit like that happens all the time.
I agree. You can't accidentally swallow 18 amitriplyline. Also she told her father two weeks earlier that "life isn't worth living". She was seeing a doctor because of chronic pain. I think she was sicker than her parents thought, either she hid it or they couldn't/wouldn't see it.
I do think that Toni really believes there was a stalker.
I'd like to say that there is no way I could possibly know that, because it was so long ago, but truthfully, I'm pretty boring, so there is a 99% chance that I was home. I can even break that down to 3 possible things I was doing; reading, interneting, or murd... uhhh, watching tv. :)
I'm a bit confused about some of the information you have extrapolated here. From what I can see, we have footage of someone walking past a camera at the rear of the house and someone walking across the front yard. Neither of which seem remotely suspicious but all of a sudden it's become fact that this person circled the house, was walking near windows and then drove off in a car. Unless I've missed something you've taken a giant leap of faith in lieu of actual evidence, not to mention you are now implicating a random girl, who can't be identified and hasn't commited any crime, in a murder investigation that doesn't or never will exist.
Reading the latest comments and the last few posts on the blog is terrifying, people are so quick to jump on board all of these crazy theories, not a single one willing to look at the more plausible and less sinister reasons as an explaination for certain events.
Based on all of the heresay and dot connecting, I am probably in grave danger too - my dogs barks at nothing all the time, people cut through my yard and walk down the side of my house, my security light goes off for no reason, my house makes all sorts of noises at night and sometimes I take more than 2 advil at a time.
They should have taken photos of the footprints to show that they circled the house. Because from the videos I cannot tell where the person is walking in relation to the house. There are only two videos I have seen regarding that incident.
ETA there are 5 but still hard to see exactly where it is they are walking. She gives different camera numbers but she has already given out so much misinformation I can't trust it.

Well, to take photos, the evidence would have to exist.
The last two videos are of a car driving by. If it was really one of the neighbors why would they drive? Wouldn't they just have walked over? Who drives a few houses down if they're just going to get out and walk around a house?
How do we even know the car belongs to this person?
Friends of neighbors? A car that is completely unrelated and happens to drive on that street? You are starting to sound as paranoid as she is haha where do you guys live that it's so freaky that someone drives on your street at night?
Not to mention her asking for donations on her blog whilst owning a Range Rover among other SUV's. Plus, not to mention, they live(d) close to Aspen, which isn't exactly known for its hard-knocks.I wonder (but don't really care) how much all those cameras and motion detectors and shit costs. Probably enough to go stay somewhere else while my daughter was being stalked.
BTW, first time posterhere. So happy to find you guys after Websleuths and the like thread-locked posts about this "case". I believed her in the beginning but after reading the police reports it's all just cray and so obvious that M committed suicide. Now this mother is just making me pissed, which kinda sucks since I should be feeling bad for her loss but the way she's lead people on and all her accusations/mental state is making it oh so hard to do. I feel for Morgan and the ones getting blamed. She seriously needs some counseling and more.
Websleuths is such an annoying site with all of their "MOO, BBM, JMO" crap. And the reason their threads are 100s of pages long is because no one reads and they post the same stuff over and over and ask the same questions constantly.
