I just can't get over the fact that she thinks someone climbed on their roof and tapped the windows with a long stick. Almost every night, and nobody was ever seen on camera. Also tapping on a window does not sound like a rock, or rocks, being thrown at a window. The fact that Morgan did not call 911 after she thought she was being followed, of after she thought someone was trying to break in, or after she saw someone in the yard. The amount of occurances that they emailed to detectives instead of calling 911. None of it really makes sense. Also it is not typical stalker behavior.
The only strange thing is the person walking the perimeter of their house. But I have not seen proof of this yet. Images from cameras but I can't take Toni's word that the person walked the perimeter of the house.
Morgan died two days before she was to have a meeting with the detective regarding her case.
Oh also, I don't know why her ex-boyfriend was there that morning before the police got there?

From what I have read, Morgan took the break up with this guy very hard. Must have been hard for her to have to see him working with her Dad.
You should watch those other videos, then take a look at the satellite photos and then google streetview to see what a person would have to navigate to get from the liquor store to somewhere (where?) on the other side of the Ingram house (like those other 8 houses, a parked car or that whole next subdivision -- which is ridonc). I don' think a sober person would walk through, around, under and over all those 5 ft high horse fence/rails, through the dirt, mud and horse crap, in the dark, trespassing on a private equestrian facility. Not sober, definitely not drunk. Definitely not while it's snowing or raining. They could go around the horse corrals and all that but they would either end up at the top of the cul-de-sac or at the bottom, with no reason to backtrack down to the middle to go through the Ingram yard.
So again, back to a reason for multiple people to be photographed and spotted in their yard, in different locations, on different nights.
Using their yard as a bypass from the liquor store (through all that horse business) to a point beyond the Ingram house - at night, during snow and rain. I don't see it. I keep coming back to people willfully trespassing. We can't keep saying well that's a neighbor, or that's someone just taking a walk, or that's someone who just someone cutting through the horse corrals at 11:30 at night during a snowfall, walking back from the liquor store with no liquor? Maybe it was a cig run. That last video of the chick in the snow -- sorry, she's not trudging through that snow and mud and unknown horse crap to get to that yard and out to the street.
I don't know what that person was doing, but they didn't throw any rocks or anything. The second person I know of that was seen on camera is wearing white, the cops on camera are dressed in dark clothes. Why would a stalker wear white at night? That guy could have been anyone, even a nosy neighbor. The last person looks like headlights to me.
I agree the girl walking around the house is strange. It is possible someone was just screwing with them. The whole neighborhood knew about the stalking, cameras, etc. but it is also strange that this went on for 4 months and no real proof was ever found. Never seen on camera, never seen by the Ingrams when they ran outside. No rocks or other projectiles ever found.
She should not be pointing the finger at K and giving out his info on her blog. She certainly should not be accusing him of murder. She does not discourage her supporters from finding out info about him or his friends. Especially on a blog that is against stalking.

I read a couple paragraphs of her blog and knew Toni is a nutbag, I don't need to read anymore. I watched the video posted here because people were discussing it and I didn't see anything. I skimmed the autopsy report and have read this thread. Even if no one was using their yard to cut through to somewhere else. I don't believe there was a stalker. Now, if the Illuminati comes in here and tells me there was a stalker(s), I will probably believe it.
If you like this story, you would love the McStay story. There's a thread on here, but I suck at sluething. PM and Toni would make a lovely couple. It's sad that Morgan felt the only way out was to self medicate.

ok, mostlym3, you asked to have discussion about alternate theories as to who is walking thorugh the yard. You start. What's your theory for discussion?
Maybe the female person on the video (have not seen it personally) was looking for her lost cat. Her lost dog. Her friend with whom she was playing hide and seek. Maybe M texted her from inside and asked her to come and walk around the property to freak out her mom.
Point being, it could be anything. How could anyone convince anyone else? Logical explanations abound.
Our minds do crazy things to protect ourselves. Dealing with all of this "stalking" has certainly given someone something to pour all her energy into, instead of grieving.
Before i quit smoking if I was drunk and was out of cigarettes I would roll through horse poop to get to the liquor store to get more. Just sayin.

I wonder what happened the night before. She was late coming home, did not answer Toni's texts for 4 hours, when Morgan got home they argued, she called her a bitch and told Toni to leave her alone. Dad goes in and she is in her pajamas texting someone. The next morning she is found dead in different clothes.
Also I have seen 2 or 3 different times when Toni says she found Morgan. I think on the radio show she said 5:30 but I have also seen 6:15 and 6:30. But I will have to go back and check on that when I have time.

I've considered various neighbors wandering around and/or chasing pets. But when police spoke with neighbors over the days and weeks none reported walking through their yard. In fact, as time went on, their nearest neighbors knew the whole situation, were up with their own dogs barking, seeing cops etc so for them to wander through their yard at night and not mention something is unreasonable.
It's so unreasonable to me that anyone completely unrelated to their immediate subdivision would have any reason to be on foot in their yard late at night. So a neighbor is lying.
Someone living in that culdesac (or associates of someone there)was, on multiple occasions on their property. Suspicious people with no reason at night. This is why all these sounds, motion detectors going off all the time -- are more likely related to humans in the yard. I think people were consistently messing with the Ingram family. Taunting them.
I can't really take it much farther than that. Trespassing and harassment by someone(s) that are related to their cul de sac. Doesn't mean anyone committed murder. But it does not mean that it's fair to brand her hysterical as relates how she realizes she's being f***ed with by someone on her own property over and over. Both the Ingrams and LE were running around looking like idiots while someone(s) where having fun stealing gnomes. That alone pisses me off. But if I were her lawyer, I'd tell her to stop talking about murder, just tell the story until the end, more detail and create a timeline of evidence.
I think if we find out who these wandering pedestrians are and their motives, we'll get a lot closer to what happened the night morgan died -- she may have killed herself (because of them, her mom's restrictions on her, her own depression over a breakup), she may have partied with them too hard to try to look cool, or she may have tried to party on her own but totally miscalculated the dose. She may have even been "dosed" by someone. But the moment i heard about the drugs in her system, and looked them up, I automatically thought recreational use of rx's - typical in upper middle class kids in high school. It's more likely for a high-schooler to OD on their parents' pills than get date-rape cocktailed to death.
What is suspicious to me about this, though, is that she had plenty of pills in the house. If morgan was into pills, she would have already taken them to share/sell. There were plenty of pills untouched in the family home. Way too many pills untouched for a pill user in the house. Kids aren't partying with AMI much, but there's enough posted on boards out there with field reports of people that do ---and what kind of high to expect. In high school, when kids start recreational rx, parents' medicine cabinets are cleaned out in mere weeks.
I have heard some of Toni's reasons for homicide but I'll let the story unfold more and see what happens. I don't really know how to interpret the medical documents so I wait to see that and while I've read the police reports, what I wouldn't do to hear testimony from some of the LE on their experiences, their thoughts on the investigation. Maybe one day we'll get an A&E special where the lead investigator is interviewed about their experience.
