my vote is for crushed ice cubes. i saw an episode of father dowling once where a guy got shot with an ice bullet. ice is awesome!
If she put it all out there from the beginning I would be more on her side. The fact that she cliff hangers and makes it more drama ridden makes me question her hardcore.
I hate cliff hangers on tv and distrust them IRL. Seriously you want justice? cut the bullshit games.
And in the comments someone flat out ask her if she found who's number it is. She says yes but doesn't tell them it was a friend's dad who was copied in the same message as Morgan.
I'm sure that will be cleared up soon now that you've mentioned it, because i feel like I've read on here in the past couple of days of someone complaining about the lack of Stalker Help info type stuff being posted over there since the early days of the blog, and ta-da a new "stalker help" entry is made.
I have a question: if someone were searching for something on the internet in an incognito window, say suicide methods where they might find "amitriptyline cocktail" , would the police or their relatives be able to see those results and possibly, visits to sites if they searched the computer later?
If anyone knows the answer to that, I'd much appreciate having that theoretical problem resolved in my mind. TY
First time poster! I hear how people are frustrated about the pace of revelation. Her style of telling the story is executing her goal of having as many people possible asking questions about the investigation. She's sourcing people from around the country who are pitching in to help with their expertise. This is all attention she couldn't get (and didn't know she needed) when this was happening.
I also think, legally, it's best for her to write it as a day to day journal -- as opposed to a full website with her accusations. There's nothing anyone can really do to her if she journals her day to day experiences from her notes. She's literally telling us what happened then based on her experience (testimony would be evidence, no?) and then reflects on how she interprets it now based on hindsight (and the sum/total of what she's seen). She's told this story, shared these details and her opinion before. What's the issue here? That the audience is bigger now? That she's brought attention to public records on the case? That she's shared surveillance footage and given her conclusion? I wonder how her situation compares with the William Dear situation? No legal ramifications to him writing a book and filming a documentary that "proves" OJ's son murdered Ron and Nicole.
Would it be different if there was a thread here about a cold case where random people are sleuthing and offering speculation and a family member started posting their theories or evidence they provided for the case? (instead of one giant post where they state every single thing, formatted and bulleted)
So far (i've read the blog cover to cover -- and most of the forums before they were shut down) and I've seen:
--statements made by family members and neighbors and photo evidence show that there were trespassers on the property, multiple times. There's no "cutting through yards" going on here. Take a look at the satellite photos. There is zero reason for anyone to be in their yard.
-- The family feels, based on their unfolding experience and evidence that the source of the activity is a group of friends. Day by day, it's getting harder and harder to imagine a completely different person, or another group nearby, that could be responsible. Maybe if I see a total of 50 videos of people that the family and others feel resemble that group will I be totally sure. So far we only have about 10 vids.
I'm still on for the ride and can't wait to hear what happens next, and watch the sleuthing continue. It's been fascinating. But we all know that we're going to have to see a lot more than circumstantial evidence to go from trespassing and stalking/harassment to murder.
Question: If the police elevated the case to a felony stalking, does that indeed confirm officially that there was a felony stalking and they didn't catch the perpetrator? Is the felony stalking case still open or did that close with the death of Morgan?
Sorry for all the words.
The case in closed/inactive pending new leads.
I am not sure what made it a felony stalking case, could it have anything to do with how long it went on?
Ugh. Die thread, die.![]()
My guess is they humored her for a long time. Not to mention, my friend had a stalker, totally legit, like called him 1000000000 times a day, hacked his email, and when he went to the police, SHE went to the police and said he was stalking her and 'proved it' by writing a bunch of emails to herself from his email account that she hacked. CARAAAAAZZYYY TOWN.
But she DID get attention. They also repeatedly ignored advice from LE. ''I then spoke with Morgan, Toni, and Steve about calling non-emergent dispatch or 911 during or immediately after every incident takes place. Whether it is a following incident, an incident of someone tapping on glass, or somebody running through the yard.''Police told them this multiple times, it is in the police reports. They followed up on every lead the Ingrams gave them. They did their own stakeouts, provided cameras, and interviewed numerous people including anyone the Ingrams suspected.
She has not brought attention to public records, she has not posted them, she has resisted this. The police reports were obtained by a different website who requested them.
It was definitely a felony stalking case. Morgan?s mom was the stalker.
-Morgan?s mom texted her constantly.
-Morgan?s mom had a 9:30pm-10:00pm curfew for Morgan (a 20-year-old).
-Morgan?s mom forced her dad to stalk Morgan when she was driving in her car. Steve would hide on roads waiting for Morgan to pass by so he could drive behind her (stalking her).
-Morgan?s mom was the only individual worried about a stalker. The police came to their home 50 times in 4 months and found no evidence of a stalker.
-Morgan?s mom wanted to put a baby monitor in Morgan?s room to keep tabs on her.
-Morgan?s mom even went to Morgan?s ob-gyn appointments.
-Morgan?s mom encouraged Morgan to sleep in her closet (the MOM?s closet).
-Morgan?s mom decided that every tiny noise in their house was a stalker. Rational explanations were not considered.
-Morgan could not attend the public high school. Morgan?s mom homeschooled her.
Why are apostrophes appearing as question marks on this forum?
It?s probably that d#$#@! stalker?s fault.
I'm waiting for Snowfallsoon to start her own blog stalking Toni stalking K.

" Last week the Morgan Ingram Blog went over 1/2 million views for the week " Yes. A larger mob is harder to control.
Also, If someone claims that their daughter was perfectly healthy and happy 36 hrs before her death a year ago, and then tells the same half truth a year later to a much larger audience, she should not expect to get away with it twice. And then she should expect that audience to scrutinize every word she types once she has been caught. Sympathy notwithstanding.
From comments on the blog I see many who accept everything Toni says as fact. Dissent is in short supply there and deleted from FB. The police reports had to be gotten by strangers who were tired of only getting a one sided story. Toni did not give an accurate portrayal of even Morgan until strangers published those reports. Most of what she writes is and always will be the view of a biased grieving mother.
That's what a one sided story will lead to. Thankfully court doesn't work that way.

I still don't know, in my mind, how severe the stalking was, or if it was stalking. I do see that people on Toni's blog are stalking people on the internet because they admit to it. Ironically Toni chooses to approve and publish those comments.
Why did it take "the advice of counsel" for her to do the responsible thing and not use people's real names on her blog? They are not personable to you and me because it does not fit her narrative. But they are people, with families. I'm sure if any of the people being named there were your sons or daughters or mothers or father or brothers you might be able to see "what the issue" is. I don't require it.
Her goal is to have, what 4,5, or is it 7, people brought up on charges of stalking and murder based, so far, on poor quality video and her records, peppered with things she remembers. If that happens she's going to face more scrutiny by people who are trained to make her look like a crazy/liar/grieving-mother-who-needs-a-bad-guy-to-cope than anybody on the internet would ever think up. So what's the issue?
Comparing poor to middle class people with OJ's son is laughable. They do not have the same resources as someone born to such privilege. What if some lunatic decides to go bring "justice" to these people? And what if Toni is wrong?

Tonight's blog is a mess.
