This has been her problem all along (problem for her, not for the prosecution). I think she thinks she can talk her way out of anything because she's pretty and it has always worked for her in the past. She is pretty convincing until you look at the facts. This is what has always fascinated me about this case. When i watched the 48 Hours episode, i thought that she could not possibly have done it, until they went through the evidence and it became abundantly clear that she did, in fact, kill him. It was kind of shocking (to me).
