Why discourage Mousy or other folks from looking Bobby up? It seems like learning about him is part of learning more about Arias. We see in the photo that she probably used coke when she was 15, for one thing. Also, he lived with Matt McCartney, another lover who still claims a connection to her - whether from loyalty or a mutal hold over each others' secrets. It doesn't seem like there's much chance of exposing Bobby as an illegal if he was employed as a background actor on Lost.

Because it is really none of our concern. We may be armchair detectives, but when it comes to trying to dig out where someone may be hiding, or what info they might have? That is the prosecutor's job. We really are not entitled to going out there and bringing everyone out into the spotlight, and more than we'd want someone doing that to us. That is when I seriously feel like it becomes a mob hysteria type thing. It reminds me, too much, of what HLN and Nancy Grace do.....and the fact that THEY have compromised this very trial, over and over again, by messing into areas that they do. Just because they CAN, does not mean that they should.

How about Mallory Harvey? She snuck a pic of the defense in a restaurant, video taped it, and sent it to Nancy Grace who thanked her for it. I bashed the shit out of Mallory on Facebook. Her reply to me was i didn’t stalk AL and that she didn’t think sending that video out would cause a stir. What a liar.. I jumped on her on Facebook and she never came back to face me..

I researched Mallory and found her on Twitter and Facebook and she thinks sending that video out was a big funny joke but yet she didn’t think it would cause a stir.. I doubt very much the Judge will let that photo in or allow the jury a day out to see it at that guy's studio..desperate defence tactics that I don't see helping the defence anyway. I saw that photo with the scribble on it and picture her holding a knife behind her back, don't think I'd be the only one.

The judge is going to rule on whether to allow in the "eye" testimony proffered today, then there's a closed hearing w/ALV, but I doubt she will start rebuttal today,if the testimony is disallowed...hope I'm wrong.

I figure because everyone can see something different.. like someone posted earlier (sorry not sure who) it is like looking at clouds and asking what do you see? Everyone is going to see something different. I could draw lines around some color and tell you there was a chipmunk in a baseball cap holding a miniature donkey But that doesnt mean that is what is there. I dont see how they could allow someone to come and testify about what they see. JM could bring someone in that sees something completely different and void any testimony given.

JM didn't object to the photo, only the outline, that was a mistake imo, unless he is hoping how stupid the Def will look with it. But the Juddge has to go by Daubert law so we'll see.
