Just want to say that Martinez's style of prosecution doesn't bother at all. At first I thought he was totally over the top. But later I realized it's an interesting technique. He usually starts off strong then backs down a bit. It's almost a psychological game. The witness gets all defensive in the beginning, by the time JM backs down, the witness starts to relax and starts answering his questions. He catches them off guard and the truth starts coming out. He did it well with Jodi. She was a hard nut, but he broke her a few times. I'm sure that he's this way in every single case. It works for him. He's got an impressive record. I would ask anyone to look past the "yelling" and watch for patterns in his technique. It's really amazing to me.
