    I saw that, and I'm wondering if the police screwed that up. They said dementia or some other cognitive impairment...she could have a brain injury or something, but I doubt it's dementia at 26.

    Why didn't her friend call police. If someone text me that they're going to be killed, I'm alerting someone in hopes of preventing a murder. Now her poor child doesn't have a mother, and I'm sure that the friend feels guilty enough. RIP Amy
