A no win situation with LiLo.

If the court does something - they are usuing her as an example of her because she is famous.

If they do nothing - she gets away with everything because she's famous.

It'a pathetic that someone who had so much attention focused on her can't get it thru her head that she has issues.  There are people out there every day who would never be offered help even if they were found naked and cold in the gutter 5 times in a week.

They have to send her to jail for the remainder of her sentence, I believe, which is 30 days.

Then hopefully she'll go to a rehab center where they're not like, "Why the shit are you here? You clearly don't have a problem! Go home early."

It really is pathetic. You can't help someone who doesn't want help, and prison time is absolutely pointless in the case of a drug user.  Let her continue to choose drugs and continue to live her life of misery, I say. She'll eventually crash and burn and fade into oblivion, just like her career.

I love how she gets all Dr Phil about addiction being a disease and states that she is "working hard" to overcome her substance abuse issues. Clearly, not hard enough. I used to be addicted to real heavy stuff a few years ago, and I managed to quit straight out, cold turkey, on my own accord, without any professional help, purely because I had a strong desire to. It's not rocket science, just get a day job, abstain from doing drugs, and don't socialise with people who do. That is basically all there is to it.

I don't buy her relapse bullshit, blaming it wholly on the disease. It is a disease, but it has no power if you don't feed it. Girl needs to learn some method of self-control and get the fuck out of Hollywood. I won't hold my breath though, having people chatter about her addiction and having multiple arrest warrants out on her ass is the only way the stupid girl can stay relevant in the celebrity world these days, since her career floated away down shit creek quite a while back. 

Also, what is the deal with that Samantha chick she is with? Never mind Lindsay, that Sam girl looks like skeletor whacked out on the good shit 24/7.
