Here are some of the things Denise claims he said
- 'I'm looking at a picture of your parents sleeping. I had someone go into their house, give Xanax to the dog, and instead of killing them, I'd rather your mom die a slow death of cancer.'
- 'I am not going to do the same to you. If you get between me and the kids, I am going to sever your head and mail it to your father.'

This is what Charlie's camp said

'Denise has a $7 million home that was paid for from the money Charlie gave her, yet she wants Charlie to pay another $35,000 per month for a second home and pay a down payment of $1.2 million.
'Further, Denise was NOT evicted from the old house, as she now claims. Denise voluntarily moved to a home in Malibu, even though she owned another house not far away from Charlie?s.
'This matter is simply money, money, money. Apparently, $55,000 per month tax free is not enough for her.'

A former Survivor contestant was charged with possession of child pornography in Michigan Friday.
