Oooh. Did you watch it? Was it any good, and how close did they play it? I know they change details in these cases. I'll google for the season/episode number if it's a decent episode and worth the watch, so if anybody watched it and has opinions that would be cool.
i saw it. it was ok. i love SVU but for some reason this season is hard for me to focus on.
I liked it. It definitely took creative liberties but the overall story is there. A teenage girl spends her life being told she?s sick, ends up mom is doing it then daughter kills mom. It?s called Pathological

A jury found Nicholas Godejohn guilty Friday of first-degree murder for the 2015 killing of Clauddine ?Dee Dee? Blanchard.
Godejohn faces a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. He will be formally sentenced in February.
Godejohn stabbed Blanchard to death in June 2015 in a home just north of the Springfield city limits.

I understand it, but I don't think he deserved that at all. I don't think he should have gotten as little as she did but that's still too much considering how Dee Dee was to Gypsy.

I think he was a ticking timebomb. All the darkside shit, that was going on long before Gypsy came into the picture. A couple pages into this thread an old girlfriend posted some stuff about all the kink he was into. She also spoke about the whole Victor the vampire stuff. Lump that in with the Daddy's naughty girl role playing stuff. It kinda makes me think that a little girl or someone else was possibly spared.
I feel bad about the whole Asperger's/Spectrum disorder thing. It really hits home because of having a son on the Spectrum. These kids have a lot of difficulties in life. Then, I think about people like Adam Lanza, James Holmes, and Nicholas Cruz. All had Spectrum/Mental disorders. I pity them all but they were ticking timebombs themselves. I have made an effort to pay attention as to what's going on in my son's life, but I can't know %100 what's going on in his brain.

It was pretty good, and seemingly quite accurate with regards to the events portrayed. I am sure the ending was a little inaccurate with regards to Gypsy' fleeing trip and how glamourous it was.
